nice for the value. Easy to set up. It’s just a large inflatable and you fill the bottom with sand or water. Probably better with sand but we did water and it was very jiggly as you would imagine. It’s made of a strong plastic. I think it works for a simple introductory punching bag.

I like this because it's stronger than the average punching bag but not as heavy as the swinging ones that might knock my little guy over. I recommend you set it up in the place you want it because once you put the water in it, this thing isn't moving!

    • Releases Air When We Try to Close the Valve
This is an inexpensive boxing bag, and it shows. That said, not everybody has a lot of money to invest in boxing equipment (like me), so there's definitely a place for this in the market. We didn't love it as much as the other reviewers. We found it a little hard to set up, and once we got it all the way full, it would lose air when we closed it. We can't get it to be all the way full, which is annoying. But for the price, I feel like it's okay. ... show more

    • Still can't get it to stay inflated when closing the valve
I really wanted to like this like other reviewers did. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if there is a trick to filling and closing this that I am not privy to. I bought sand for the base, got the base settled in, but I have been struggling to keep the top inflated ever since. It doesn't have a no leak valve as far as I can tell, or mine is defective. So when I inflate it and go to close the valve, a bunch of air rushes out before I can get it closed. Not like a little bit of air, a lot of air. So every time I have inflated it, it's only 3/4th full by the time I get it closed. I can't use it because of this. The valve is hard to get back in, if it didn't blow all the air back out, then this would be a sign of a really nice air tight seal, but because the air rushes out like an untied balloon, it just means I lose a ton of air before I can get it fully back in place. Essentially, this bag is no good for what I needed it to be. I'd say, for me at least, that this punching bag wasn't worth it. The assembly definitely is not easy, I can't figure out how to get it closed fast enough to make it usable. It's really disappointing. If they had a no leak valve like most of my son's inflatable toys (or one that worked if this was supposed to be no leak), then this would have been 5 stars. ... show more

    • Kids Love It, Great Workout for them
The kids love this thing. It was easy to fill up with water for the base. It is very durable; the plastic is thick so it should last a long time. One caution is when I hit it hard it whipped around quickly so make sure others are at a distance. Great workout for the kids.

This is great for practicing, working out, or for just venting your frustrations. Easy to set up, you fill the bottom with sand or water, then inflate the top. Construction is pretty sturdy, though if you're a really hard hitter you might want to look for something tougher. I'd call this more of a beginner bag. ... show more

My husband loves this. He works out alot. So this has become my husband and kids favorite. It's nice having kids learn proper ways of their body and exercise. We filled it with water for now till we can get sand. It's taller then me lol but worth it.
