This folding rail gadget doesn’t so much stop me as warn (and train) me via noise & hitting hard steel to not roll off the bed. No more falling. No more injuries. Minus 1 star for poor fit/finish of the spring-loaded pins that won’t both lock in due to inaccurate alignment. FYI, if you have a big king size bed like mine, installation can be tricky & may require a second person to lift the mattress while you yank the retaining strap into position. My husband with health issues fell or rolled out of bed during sleep twice. This is perfect solution. It is very sturdy and secure. He can still get out of bed with the rail in place when he needs to, but no more accidental rolling.

Helps with staying in bed, but the getting out of bed on the otherside kinda sucks. I cant lower it from on the bed with the location of locks towards bottom on the outside.
