Took a month to finally use it. Remove the griddle from the Blackstone, center this over 3 burners and ready to go. Internal temp was 550° and the stone was over 600° using an infrared thermometer. Very happy with this purchase

    • Really makes great pizza.
Perfect for thin crust pizza. Preheat, and keep an eye on your pizza, it bakes fast. Spin 180° as soon as the crust starts to brown. Haven't tried thick crust, but I'm assuming that you need to lower the temperature.

This thing is absolutely wonderful for a good outdoor pizza! It fits perfectly over top of the Blackstone and heats up fairly quickly. There’s nothing as great as a stone baked pizza!! The oven itself is very sturdy, the baking stone inside is super heavy duty and overall I have nothing bad to say about this. Will be using for a long time. ... show more

This is a great pizza oven that works wonders in making some lovely pizza. It is a Lil pain to have to remove the flat top from my Blackstone to use this but all in all works great
