Have made 6 pizzas across 3 nights. Works well. Gives me pizza just as good as ones from the "Italian Pizza Oven" restaurant down the street. The hot stone gives the crust a nice crisping. Will you burn the outer crust a bit? Probably, but that's the same as from the fancy oven restaurant!

First one showed up with a shattered stone due to Amazon’s sub par packaging. Was replaced in a few days. First use went off without a hitch and I’m happy with the product. Doesn’t get as hot as the other brands of dedicated ovens but was plenty hot. Just takes a few more minutes. All around worth the purchase price if you already have a griddle and don’t want another dedicated appliance to maintain for 2-3x the cost ... show more

Perfect for thin crust pizza. Preheat, and keep an eye on your pizza, it bakes fast. Spin 180° as soon as the crust starts to brown. Haven't tried thick crust, but I'm assuming that you need to lower the temperature.

Bought for my husband and didn’t realize he had a 28 griddle not 36. Just want to swap it for the 28 but not allowed to return. Pretty crappy in my opinion

Took a month to finally use it. Remove the griddle from the Blackstone, center this over 3 burners and ready to go. Internal temp was 550° and the stone was over 600° using an infrared thermometer. Very happy with this purchase
