Just buy it!!! Even if you have to modify your balckstone by drilling new holes to make it fit, well worth it. For me my model # was listed in description and griddle just dropped right in and fit perfectly. I was done with the black stone griddle and fighting rust. This new one so low maintenance and in my opinion looks way nicer!! Should have bought this a long time ago!!!

I have a Blackstone 36inch model 1899. The holes on the Blackstone do not line up with the new griddle top. As others have said I will have to drill in order for it to fit properly. The new griddle top looks really nice and appears heavy duty. I can’t give 5 stars for something that doesn’t fit right for the amount it cost.

Expensive but love this stainless steel cooktop. Seasoned with avocado oil and off to cooking. Best part is the you ca use water and soap to scrub this after cooking. This replaced the regular Blackstone cooktop and fit perfectly.

This is a game changer. I am at a loss for WHY these are not included from the original manufacturer, other than $$$ and I would have gladly paid more money for a model that included a stainless cooking surface. As others have mentioned, the unit did NOT fit out of the box and required a little tweaaking, otherwise I would have rated this a full 5 stars.

Received my top today. This griddle top is exactly what I hoped it would be. Took about 5 minutes to install with no issues. The people who say they had to drill holes must not have checked their model number to ensure compatibility. It is well built and I can’t wait to cook on it. Highly recommend.

Legs were completely the wrong places and the cover would not fit. The only way I could’ve made it fit was to cut the back legs off and have someone re-weld them on and still would have had to modify it somehow fit. Other than repackaging at Amazon made the return easier.
