Best $ I spent on Amazon. I detest the cold, and I have used this a lot so far this winter. It heats up fast. When i am driving, i put it over my legs (not so far as ro tangle my feet), and it helps keep me warm. I'll pull it up over my torso if I'm not in my heavy coat. If i am a passenger, I'm totally bundled. The carrier bag it is in was pretty cheap and didnt last long, so i need to find a way to keep it neat when not in use. But, i didn't realky buy it for the bag. I considered several blankets like this that were much more expensive, and i can't imagine that they would be any better for the extra $30. The only thing I noticed with this is that it doesn't shut off when the car shuts off. So, I am careful to pull the plug when I get out of the car. I don't know if it would run out the battery, but I don't want to fond out on a day that was cold enough to need the electric blanket. ... show more

Have no heat on driver side of Expedition (something to do with a chip needing replaced but are on back order) so I needed something to help my feet stay warm while driving. Passenger side and rear heat works but cold air blows out on driver’s feet. This blanket is perfect for the job! This blanket is nice for travel. Easy to plug in and it is warm. It is not HOT, but the car heater makes up for what is lacking. I think it is perfect. I bought the wild camo one and my elderly mom just loves it! So easy to operate with the switch (either high, low, or off). It's a keeper!

I bought another 12 V blanket not working that well not warm, but was this one I put her nice heavy blanket over it and then comfortable not Not Thick, I should say, I am living in a camper van every morning I have four squeeze clamps almost like clothes pins but heavy duty and I put them all together two on top two on the bottom and I threw the sleeping bag over it and I don’t get all tangled up and it seems to make in the morning I know it sounds strange but those type metal clamps really help. It’s so funny. Sometimes I even go to the mattress you do what you gotta do to stay warm and it’s about 25° out and I am toasty when I get up in the morning I put the diesel heater on and I’m ready to get up and have coffee Five stars for these guys plus I love the colorful blanket all hippie at heart PS I used to be an Amazon seller for over six years. I know how hard it is to get reviews. It’s a pain, but I like this. I don’t write many even though I know how much they mean to the seller but here you go guys. ... show more

Did a road trip with my girlfriend who is always cold and tends to fall asleep while I drive. Bought this blanket as a surprise and she loved it. Not super hot as there is no temperature adjustment, but comfortable enough to make a difference. Her words were it's nice to use initially and unplug after awhile. Probably be great for sedans with no real good heat for backseat passengers like with a lot compacts. ... show more

It didn’t work. Simply put, it didn’t work. I plugged it into different cars and outlets but no matter what, it didn’t work. I returned it and was very disappointed to find it didn’t even turn on. Otherwise, the blanket itself is very warm and soft. But if you’re looking for a heated blanket, this isn’t it and as just a blanket itself, not worth the amount. I'm not sure if mine is a dud or what but it does NOT heat up. Ive tried with the car running and off; I've used my jackery solar generator. NADA. It drained a huge amount of battery and barely warmed up. Plugged into the car? Nope. I'm sooooo disappointed that it doesn't work as advertised.
