Wow! I’m so very impressed with this Fruikit brand highly polished gorgeous, flawless pan. This 3-ply stainless steel frying pan is a dependable, versatile piece of cookware that performs beautifully across a wide range of cooking tasks. From stovetop searing to oven finishing, it delivers consistent results and feels like it's built to last a lifetime. I’m using it on my electric stove, but it’s versatile enough to use on an induction stove and in the oven as well. Go ahead and use your metal cooking utensils on this—it’s built to handle them! Ease of assembly—The handle comes detached for shipping, but it’s simple to attach the three nuts with the provided mini wrench. Size—This pan measure 10 ¼” across, and is nice and thick. It’s the perfect size to make dinner for 2-3 people. What Stands Out - Highly Polished Mirror Finish: This is unbelievably shiny. It’s so shiny, the mirror finish picks up the blue color from my stove clock in one of my photos! - Made from premium stainless steel with non-stick properties. - Superior Craftmanship: I haven’t found one flaw in this pan. Like many people, I've gotten rid of most of my non-stick pans that leach PTFE--a forever chemical that's ending up in human bodies and every other living thing. I never used PTFE-coated pots, but the skillets were hard to give up. But give up I did. I replaced most of my skillets with well-seasoned cast iron, however age and arthritis have made cast iron too heavy for me to use safely. I have used exclusively stainless steel pots for most of my life and I use them for high-heat cooking all the time. So I decided to try this stainless pan. I tried stainless pans decades ago, but at that time, they were all very thin-walled (at least what I could afford in my "salad years"!) and I probably didn't know how to cook on them very well either--I burned everything. I ordered this pan feeling sure I could make them work this time around. This pan is fantastic. It's super heavy-duty--both the pan itself and the handle. While being heavy-duty, it's still much, much lighter than cast iron so I don't find it too heavy for my hands. The thick, 3-ply base means it works terrific on my induction stove and it absorbs and exudes heat more slowly so that it's possible to cook without sticking or burning foods just like my heavy stainless pots. This skillet has good balance in my hand since the handle is weighted very well (and since the pan is smaller), making it easy for me to hold and manipulate during cooking. The handle came separately, with nuts and a wrench to assemble it, which was very easy. The interior of the pan had no handle attachment parts--it is smooth and seamless. The bolts are visible only on the outside of the pan. Cleanup is easy with a quick soak and a scrub, but I also use Barkeeper's Friend on my stainless pots, when necessary, to bring back their bright, beautiful finish occasionally. (They still look brand-new, even though they're easily 30 years old or older.) This pan is also dishwasher safe, of course, and often that's the only cleaning that's required. This is a fantastic skillet at a good price and I can recommend it without reservation.

We are trying to replace all of our non-stick coated cookware with stainless steel so when I came across this I added it our cookware. We have a couple of other stainless steel pans and I was hoping tha this one would be just as nice; it is! First thing, I fried some eggs with just cooking spray; absolutely no problems with sticking or breakage. I then cooked some sausage and did expierience a bit of sticking, but it easily scraped off with the spatula. Next, I tried some Spanish rice, the heat distribution seems to be pretty good as most things I cooked were consistently the same temperature. Clean up is a breeze as well. My one and only complaint is that the hangle can get a little hot on these types of pans, the other one I own have rubber handles. Overall, this is a very nice pan, non-stick, easy to clean, even cooking distribution. Only con is that you need to use a pot-holder to avoid burns from the handle.

Impressive first experiences make this a great cook top option. I do a lot of cooking. Most of it is on the stove top, I use my skillet at least once a day, which often means eggs of various compositions, grilled sandwiches, pancakes, even stir-fry veggies are regular items on the menu. I like how this heats up quickly, much faster than my previous stainless steel pan, I've been using for 2 1/2 decades. Also, it heats faster than my cast iron skillet. So, I noticed my food was done more quickly but at first, I was tending to overheat and slightly burn (darker than my preference). Now, I can be more mindful when cooking. I also like that it seems to disperse heat more evenly so you don't have to constantly move food all over the bottom to get it thoroughly cooked. Clean-up is no more challenging than other skillets I've had. In fact, I'd say this is a bit easier than my previous skillet. A trick I stumbled upon a few decades ago, while the pan is still warm (don't want it piping hot but it actually works even better if it is) turn it upside down and under cool water, the food particles detach easier from the pan making clean up even faster - this works really well if you burned food remaining on the inside. I haven't used it in the oven yet but plan on doing so. I am also pleased that I can pop this in the dishwasher and know that this won't compromise the materials or its functionality. I really like the current price listed. I was looking at skillets for several months and wasn't impressed with what was available. I think this is a great value for the attributes this skillet offers. Strongly Recommend.
