I have a lot of issues with my neck and finding a comfortable pillow it difficult. These are fluffy but not too high One is a little flat for me but if I layer them just right, they're the most comfortable pillows I've found in a decade If you like more support, try two. If you like a soft but flatter (not cometely flat) pillow, these are perfect. I tend to toss and turn a lot. I'm a side sleeper but injury pains have me rolling onto my back while asleep With these pillows, my neck doesn't cramp while sleeping on my back and I don't wake up with " dead hands" I still wake to turn onto my side but find that sweet spot immediately to fall back asleep. They fluffed up fairly quickly and didn't have a strong odor when they came Just to recap: 1. No neck cramps 2: No dead hands 3: Soft and comfy but not too plush 4: Good for side or back sleep 5: if you like completely flat pillows these are a little too fluffy. It used to take me at least an hour to fall asleep but once I tried this pillow I can usually fall asleep within 15 to 20 minutes. Too flat unless I fold it over and then I get a sore neck. Every night I just want to fall in bed and have the perfect pillow that is comfortable and flexible and these pillows are not it.

The only reason the low stars on this it was supposed to be a soft pillow and wasn’t it was very firm. And I prefer a soft pillow if you like a firm pillow this is a great pillow
