I am pretty disappointed in this product. I really expected more based upon what they advertised and claimed. I bought a two pack of the G-36 cameras and both cameras do not function as Spypoint claims. I would understand if one camera wasn't functioning properly, but the likelihood of both cameras malfunctioning is less likely. They don't transmit photos and miss a lot of shots! When set to immediate and standing 20' directly in from of the camera (both cameras) they either missed the shots completely (mostly this) and when they did get the photo they took from 10 minutes to hours later to transmit to the app. They have been checked and updated by Spypoint, but still don't function correctly. They have 90% service, 100% battery power, and the sd cards are formatted properly and are Spyoint provided cards. I am also very disappointed in the service. I spent 50 minutes in the help center with no resolution other than they were going to update the firmware and it would take 24 hrs. It felt like I was not a priority to them throughout the entire support service chat and they were not helping me only. Each response or interaction in our chat was 5 to 10 minutes apart. I bought these cameras and spent a little more on them because they claimed to be a superior product and great support, but that is not what I have experienced. I would not recommend these cameras to anyone based on my personal experience with this product. Maybe I did get two bad cameras, but all I can comment on is my personal experience, which wasn't good.

Easy to get started, easy app, only trail cam with a free cellular photo plan, affordable cameras, good customer service line. I’m really happy with these cameras and will definitely get more with this deal going on. I spent so much time researching trail cams and spy point was the only company that offered a free cellular photo option. This is my first trial camera so I’m not looking for some monthly subscription right off the bat. The cameras are great though so far! The app is super easy to connect them and view your photos. It sends you instant notifications when animals go by. The photos are better quality than I expected to. Super happy with this purchase, I will get more and recommend to friends.

I’ve been using the SPYPOINT Flex G-36 Camo for a while now, and it’s hands-down one of the best trail cameras I’ve ever owned. First off, the battery life is impressive. I’ve had it set up in the field for weeks at a time, checking it less frequently than I’ve had to with other cameras. Even with heavy use, the battery holds up like a champ. It’s a relief not having to worry about the camera going dead in the middle of a scouting season. The image and video quality are top-notch. With 36 megapixels and 1080p video (with sound!), it captures everything in sharp detail, whether it's a big buck or a curious raccoon. The audio is clear too, which is a nice bonus for reviewing the clips. The trigger speed is lightning fast at 0.3 seconds. I’ve yet to miss any action on the trails or at feeding spots, which is crucial when you’re trying to pattern deer movement. The 100-foot detection and flash range mean I get great coverage, even at night, with clear and well-lit night shots. Durability-wise, this camera can take a beating. It’s been through rain, wind, and freezing temps, and it hasn’t skipped a beat. The camo finish is a great touch for blending into the environment. The cellular feature is a game-changer. The SPYPOINT app is user-friendly, and getting instant updates on my phone keeps me from having to make unnecessary trips to the woods. It’s a huge time-saver, especially with a busy schedule. Better than expected. I already had 2 Spypoint cameras and loved them.....my only issue was no video, but I knew that going in. These cameras have video now, so I'm stoked. Unfortunately, I haven't had any deer come thru. I have had a family come raccoons though. It's definitely more fun watching them on video than some random stills.
