Very happy with the machine and it performs well. My bad for not having taken a before picture of this little bench. It was lightly stained all over the pale fabric. Not any more. Looks great and salvaged my little bench also leaving a clean scent from the solution. Suction is more than adequate and the compact design made it easy to use. Only disappointment was finding parts missing, hence the 4 stars. I will go through Bissel as advised in the manual to get the parts. I have my cars' upholstery to tackle next and I'm confident it will do a great job. UPDATE: Today I was notified by Bissell that the part I thought was missing was not intended to be included for this model but are sending it to me anyway. Great customer service. 5 stars now!

Look at how well it cleaned the dirt from my pet out of my WHITE couch stools. I also used this to clean my couch because my dog likes to chew his tennis balls on it and it leaves little stains. It’s very simple to use and it’s very satisfying to see the dirty water.

they gave me the wrong machine. mine was supposed to be the exact one shown as advertised (OBVIOUSLY) but i received an older model. its a different color and the hose is solid grey. the hose also pulled air through where it attached to the handle so it had no suction at all. complete waste of my time and my money. the tanks leak as well. i called the bissell store to let them know what happened and the guy at customer service told me that there’s only one hose for all of these machines and it’s grey and he can ASSURE me of that. so why is there a clear hose advertised, and why do people in the reviews all have the clear hose and a very small amount some grey?? there’s obviously 2 different hoses. he then proceeded to tell me that many people have called to complain about the same issue and then he did nothing about it to help me. i’m so disappointed. times are beyond hard right now for a lot of people and this was almost $200 and our own hard earned money of the little we have. you shouldn’t sell a different product than the one you’re advertising and then when i call, you do absolutely nothing to help!! i assume my hose connection was unluckily broke and im sure the product would normally work fine as the other reviews say. this whole experience was just extremely awful and truly disappointing.

Do you have children, pets, or other co-habitators that smear sticky or questionable substances on carpets, upholstery, and other small surfaces? If so, you need this. Mine hasn't seemed to get hot per se, but it does a heck of a good job cleaning up nasty messes my kids and pets seem to be compelled to create for the sake of art itself. While my budding Jackson Pollocks enjoy their tapestry of carpet, and the pets love to add their own special mark, this bad boy has helped keep the sticky nasty mess at bay, and allows for a clean slate for their next masterpiece at faster intervals, thanks to the very effective drying provided by this machine. If you're tempted to sell your carpet off as modern art, or even just burn the house down and start over with a new identity in another country, I would highly recommend trying this bissell before taking more drastic measures.
