    • Never fails.
This product is great. I have two dogs, two cats and a parrot and we can make a mess. The heavy duty Hot Shot gets to the bottom of the stain and softens it up for an easy brush away or vaccum. I use it a lot and it has never failed me. 5 stars.

    • Expensive with poor results
Doesn't live up to the hype. Other reviewers shared that the cans clog and stop spraying with product left in the can. I found this to be true also. Stain removal results were disappointing. Not a great value at the price if you get 50% less product to use. Won't buy again.

    • Works better than other brands
Only carpet cleaner that works with my lighter wool carpet. I’ve tried so many and no other product seems to work as well. I generally order a case at a time so I have it on hand when I need it.

My cleaning company has been in business for 45 yrs and this is the BEST solvent-based cleaner we have ever found. It works great for getting up small drips of oil based spills to much larger spills.
