Spot Shot Instant Carpet Stain Remover is so good that people talk about it! It is easy to use, just spray and blot. No scrubbing or vacuuming required. Spot Shot removes old and new stains and both oil-based and water-based stains. Our proprietary formula liquefies tough stain particles, allowing them to be lifted out of carpeting without rubbing, scrubbing or vacuuming. Directions: 1. Thoroughly blot or vacuum the affected area. 2. Shake can for 2-3 seconds, tilt at 60 degree angle and spray stain. 3. Blot treated stain with an absorbent cloth (preferably white). 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain is gone. 5. Swab area with a damp cloth to remove any residue that might be left behind

Best clothing stain remover ever! I have purchased every stain remover known to me. None have worked as good as this one. You think carpet stains because of how the product is advertised, but I have used on dark clothing as well as whites. Dark clothing does not get beached out at all!! Best EVER!

Pros: Can use this for almost any stain on your carpet, a little goes a long way Cons: Does not work on some pet stains I love this spray, we've been using it since 2013 for numerous pet/food stains on our carpet and it works great. I really like the fact that you only need to use a little to get a complete result. Some stains that you think would only take a little bit of effort ends up taking a few times to get out but this is somewhat rare occurrence. Also, someone I know used this on their carpet and because they did not carpet clean for years it caused some obvious discoloration, that's not at all the fault of Spot Shot as you still need to be responsible by actually maintaining your carpet. That being said, the spray is not extremely volatile and doesn't seem to cause any physical damage to the carpet, even with repeated use. As always, test the spray on an inconspicuous area of carpet first. I highly recommend this product. ... show more
