I have an 8-year old iPad Pro 12.9 that stopped charging. This is a newer model and a great replacement. It was so easy to transfer all my items from the older iPad. The condition of the iPad is like new and it is very responsive to whatever I'm trying to do. The speed is a lot faster than my older iPad, which I expected. I have wanted this big 12.9" iPad forever, but I couldn't justify the hefty price for a brand new one. So I held my breath when I ordered a refurbished iPad, but this thing looks like brand new!!! I don't know who owned this thing before it got to me, but thank you for using it so gently. There's not a mark, not a scratch, not even a fingerprint on it. The charger is meh, but who cares? I am a happy, Happy, HAPPY customer. So happy that I bought another one for my kid. No problems with that one either, and I still paid half of what I would've spent to buy a new one.
