Long read but PLEASE do yourself a favor and read through it all. Gave an extra star because we were able to make it work. I ordered a week and a half before my daughter’s birthday. Expected date came around and i got a notification that the delivery date was pushed out. “Box 2 of 2” was delivered eventually and amazon didnt specify if there was another box on the way and only said “delivered” so i freaked and contacted amazon. They sent a replacement. A few days later “box 1 of 2” arrived so i tried to cancel the replacement. Good thing it didnt let me cancel the replacement because boy oh boy we needed it. Amazon told me to take what I needed and then they would schedule a pickup for the replacement boxes. A couple boards were broken (we traded out a 96327 because it was so bad). “Chalkboard” fabric has 2 holes in the front from being smashed against screws. We were missing 2 boards (96318). Missing “rocks” from BOTH boxes..instructions say 6 but each box (original and replacement) came with 5. Missing hardware despite opening the spare parts bag so we had to break open the replacement box’s bags. The hardware SUCKS. Half of them didnt thread so we needed to grab a different one from each bag and make sure they threaded before we got to putting it together. We went through 4 spare pieces before we found a set that would thread. Instructions were wrong on a couple of steps. It said there were 2 of one thing but the parts list only included 1. Quality control on this thing was ridiculous. The only thing it has going for it are the colors. We didnt want orange so there wasnt a whole lot of options. IF YOU DO opt to buy this, make sure you pick up some beer and laugh through it. Definitely not our first time putting something together but this makes us not want to put anything else together for a very long time. I would MAYBE value this at $300. Boards are so thin and light weight. They were dented/gouged, splintered/peeling/cracked. For sure not over $500. So here we are…JUST finished putting it together over a week past my daughter’s birthday. ... show more
