I take this product consistently along with the sports research triple strength fish oil. The phospholipids in the krill oil supposedly enhance the absorption making it more efficient than standard fish oil. It also contains a non-trivial amount of antioxidants. I trust the sports research brand, they deliver premium products. The size is comparable to a standard fish oil pill which is fairly large. I have no trouble swallowing them and experience no fish burps or other side effects. Ultimately I feel that fish oils are one of the most effective and well researched supplements that you can buy. I think anyone would benefit from this product

I've been taking this for 2 months and just set up an auto subscription since it really has worked well for me. I started taking it because my skin (especially on my back) was itching like crazy from being dry. It's not near as noticeable now. Also I believe it has alleviated hip joint pains almost completely! So YAY for that. Going to keep on taking it.

I used to take regular fish oil until I came across krill oil. They’re the same omegas. KRILL OIL IS STRONGER, CLEANER, AND WORKS FASTER. The phospholipids help your body absorb it better, and packed w ASTAXANTHIN which is one of the STRONGEST antioxidants out there (3000x better than Vitamin C). I’ve seen a major difference with my overall health & skin! If you’re still buying regular fish oil, you should try this.

They say that a good name is to be chosen over riches. I tried other things in this brand, and I have always been satisfied with the results. It’s also true for this omega 3 formula from research.
