Lowered my Triglycerides by 50 points! No joke. Also, no fishy burps. I have had a few of the capsules rupture in the bottle, which was not nice to smell or to clean off the rest of the capsules. Even so, will be continuing to buy. Love that these are sustainably harvested.

It seems to work for me, and blood work is better now. I have a tiny throat, so I have to cut open the gel and pour it on my food or just drink it. The taste is not too bad, but it's a personal taste.

I accidentally bought the 500 mg instead of the 1000 mg so I take 2 of them twice a day. My cholesterol levels have dropped significantly, as I have also made lifestyle changes, and my glucose levels have been more manageable. I have been using the Sports Research Omega 3 Krill Oil for a few months, and the results have been fantastic.
