I like the stylish modern design of this light. I needed to light a dark corridor along the side of my house but wanted something that looked nice. It gives off enough light to illuminate the sidewalk without being too bright. The light is more yellow then white which I prefer.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. Despite the product title indicating that these lights are intended to function "dusk to dawn", they have such bad battery life that they are unsuitable for lighting. I bought and installed two of them, but after charging up all day, with several of those hours in direct sunlight, they only produce a very dim light for about an hour before exhausting their batteries and going dark. I've now checked over several days, and this poor performance is consistent with both lights. I have other brands of solar lights that remain lit all night after a day of charging. ... show more

I set this in a spot on my fence where it will get direct sunlight during the middle of the day, but shade throughout the rest of the day. It's still holding a great charge and the light is plenty bright enough for the security I wanted. It's not a glaring-bright floodlight, but it's a bright light, similar to turning on your porch light. Absolutely perfect, and I plan to pick up a few more to put around the backyard inside the fenced area. ... show more

This solar light worked as expected. The installation was very easy and lights up enough in a dark area at the side of my house. I didn’t want a super bright light to bother my neighbor so this has a perfect brightness for my purpose. You should note that the light stays on at night as it’s not motion activated and charges using solar power so no issue as long as it’s keeping it charged up during the day. ... show more
