Good quality product for price. It is very hard to use, however, it does get easier, and you will feel the burn in a lot of place if you use this product daily right at first. Product definitely gets great results. Worth the effort, I am almost beach, bikini ready!!

I was really excited for this to arrive and I'm already in love with it! The quality and build seems pretty sturdy. I was kinda disappointed when I saw it was a bit smaller than I thought? It's size is really hard to control for a beginner like me. If it were a tad bigger I'd feel more confident using it but, for now I'll have to gain the strength to use it. Don't buy this if you expect it to work miracles. First try using it without the instructions, I slipped and hit my chin. It takes a lot of abdominal, arm and back muscles strength to really get into a routine. I'll come back and see how long the build will hold with moderate use~ ... show more

    • Sturdy and Easy to Use
I have been using this wheel 3 times a week for about 5 months. I was a little concerned about the foam handles, but they are holding up nicely. I do use gloves with it, so the foam doesn't get wet with sweat. It is wide and sturdy and does the job.

I bought a cheap ab roller and suprised myself when I used it a bunch but then the rubber around the wheel started falling off. I got this as a more reliable replacement and it's held up really well for the last year with weekly use. The wheel is really thick so it takes some of the ab work of merely balancing out of the exercise but that also makes it sturdy.
