Super easy to install and is quiet, but there is nothing to hold the two frames together so they will want to slide apart.. I was able to strap the two together but a simple latch in the design would work wonders

I purchased the Split king. Bed controls work well but the two XL twins slide apart on my hard wood floor. Customer support worked well with me on this and offered solutions. I found the best way to keep the twin sections together was to buy a strap and connect the metal together thru the loops underneath. This worked well and happy with this purchase now.

The length listed includes the mattress bracket at the end of the frame. Overall, it works. I was concerned with the length and contacted the seller. They were quick to respond and explain the situation. Because of the confusion they even gave me a small credit. Overall, I was very satisfied.

One side works fine but the other side does not. When raising the left side a bolt underneath catches on the frame and prevents movement for a few seconds then a loud popping sounds and it will raise. Every time.
