The vacuum does a good job vacuuming if she's run every day. Don't skip one! I have two dogs and she can't handle a build up of hair. My true problem is that she does not return to the job after charging and she returns to the base like a drunken sailer...She hugs the walls and will spend ALOT of time moseying back to base, like the signal cannot reach base. And I can no longer get the machine to connect to my phone app. so, Nah. I love other Bissell products but this one is a miss.

Any long haired pets will kill this robot, stopped working even after cleaning in about 3 weeks. There is not a robot vac that I know that can handle large pet hair. The mopping is horrible too, the spigget gets clogged and barely works after a week. I love Bissell but not this one.
