I was excited to purchase this product as my son has been boxing now for about 7 months. Was looking for something inexpensive and less obstructive to keep on his door frame. The excitement was high when this arrived, then the excitement turned to disappointment as it does not fit a standard door frame. I’ve tried everything to make it fit but the center bar does not collapse and therefore cannot be used. I will be returning and going with an option that is not as cheap. In this case cheaper is definitely not better.

I wouldn't quite say that the instructions for this device were easy to understand, but I figured it out eventually. When I was done, an Allen wrench, the air pump, and one other item remained (see pictures).. This product does not fit in a standard door frame, period. It is too wide. Luckily for me, my master bedroom has a staircase immediately behind the door frame, and I was able to fit it into the wall immediately behind the door frame. I still ran into problems. At first, I screwed the suspending arm with the PU leather ball too tight. So the arm did not move like it was supposed to when I punched it. When I loosened it slightly, it was too loose and after some practice punches, the screws came loose and the PU leather ball went crashing to the ground. I have not found a happy medium yet. I would never trust the "training pull up bars" enough to use them for pull ups. That will definitely end in disaster, as it is altogether too fragile a set up to hold my weight. To conclude, I commend the manufacturer for trying to put out a product for boxing at home, but the setup is a bit finicky, and hence the 3 points I have given it. I would have given it a 3.5 if I had the option.

I've been looking for an easy cardio workout that I can do from home so I decided to give boxing a try. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it in my bedroom doorway because the bar doesn't fit standard door frames. This seems like a huge oversight in my opinion. I did end up finding a space that worked in my garage, but I think this product probably wouldn't work for most people. It's a shame because the design itself is great and all of the pieces seem to be high quality. It was very easy to set up and it feels very sturdy once installed. Overall, I think this would be a good value if it could fit in a standard doorframe. As it is, though, I don't think I can recommend it.

Whether you're trying to work on your reflexes or just blow off some steam, this bag holds up and hits back just right. The reflex ball is mad fun and helps keep your coordination sharp. I’ve been using it daily and it’s become part of my chill-and-train routine. Plus, it doesn’t take up a bunch of space, which is clutch for a home gym setup. Headline: Complete Dud: Don't Waste Your Money on This Overpriced, Ill-Fitting Speed Bag This speed bag setup is a complete and utter disappointment. Advertised as being suitable for door frames, it **absolutely does NOT fit.** This is a major flaw and makes the entire product essentially useless for many potential buyers. The inability to even attach the bag to a standard door frame renders all other features irrelevant. Beyond the critical issue of the fit, the product is **WAYYYYYY overpriced** for what you actually get. Considering the fundamental flaw in its design, the inflated cost is insulting. You'd be better off investing your money in a different, more reliable and properly designed speed bag setup. **Pros:** * (None, considering it doesn't fit as advertised) **Cons:** * **Does NOT fit standard door frames – misleading advertising!** * **Grossly overpriced** for the quality and functionality (or lack thereof). * Essentially unusable due to the fit issue. **Overall:** Avoid this product like the plague. The false advertising regarding door frame compatibility and the exorbitant price tag make this a terrible purchase. Easy directions to set up. Comes with a pump to blow up the bag. I mounted ours to the basement ceiling and it stays sturdy. The bag is made with a thick and durable, leather-like material.
