I bought these products on the advice of my daughter. It definitely cleans the hair and even though it’s not a leave-in conditioner, I leave some on my hair. I have medium length, thinning gray hair that is colored. It is frizzy with a lot of broken ends. By leaving some conditioner on my hair, it looks and behaves better. The product itself is a 5 star but the reason I gave it a 4 is the price is high.

I use these products DAILY, and the smell lingers so my hair smells good constantly. I have noticed it doesn’t lather up like normal shampoo, but I haven’t noticed anything else out of the ordinary, i always feel very fresh after use.

When I first received the package, I was amazed at the smell and how it gave off a flowery essence. The suds in my hair made me feel like my hair was lathering great. After my shower, I noticed my hair was gleaming and silky and looked healthy. I tried it for a couple more weeks, and my hair has been happy. Eventually, I had to purchase the refill bag, which made me happier.
