It came on time and all pieces were in the box and well packaged; nothing chipped or broken. Extremely easy to install and after my FIRST shower I immediately noticed my hair feeling like it did before I put product in it and moved from MI to TX (very different water), so that would be when I was 18 y/o, I'm 59 now. After one wash my hair was not dried out after a blow dry. Hair is long, past my shoulders; was very manageable, no loss of humidity, shiny and soft. I couldn't be more thrilled! I owned a day spa once upon a time, so beauty was my world; skincare, nails, hair. And this little filter makes me feel like I have a spa in my bathroom. My ends did not dry out, despite the brittle graying hair (Bride of Frankenstein look), mixed with my brown hair. It laid gently on my shoulders and back and had lift I usually need mouse for. I'll remove a little filter to give me an even more powerful flow. I like that massage feeling on my shoulders, that's easy to do. The 3 different settings are good for other peoples options. I had a shower head (broke) with 5, I'm used to that but it didn't have the filter. The filter makes all the difference! Even my skin and nail feel softer, particularly the next morning. I'm just I'm delighted and bought a 2nd filter too. Definitely get it! I feel very clean! Finally no more showers in an pink algae bloom from the Trinity River where we get our water. 💦

I bought this to replace an old, leaking shower head. It was so easy to install and what a difference it made to the water. Compared to my old shower head, the water feels so much better and softer. My skin feels so soft and smooth after a shower. I highly reccommend this shower head.

We have iron in our water. Can dissipate it for the most part, but for anyone who has to deal with this knows, it really rears its head with the hot water. I have changed anodes with no luck. The shower turns orange after just a few uses. My wife and daughter require shampoo that comes with a home equity loan to keep their hair from breaking because of it. That was until I took a flier on this filter… the only orange in the shower now is my sons Garfield loofa. I honestly couldn’t believe how well it worked. They last about 6 months (roughly 8 showers a day, my wife has a problem) and are worth every penny.

I can't say enough great things about this shower head. I have thick hair and this filter has done wonders for it. It's shinier and easier to work with now. My skin is softer and I don't have the chemical smells from the town water. I change the filter every 2 mths. I tried going 3 but our water is really hard and when they flush the hydrants we get brown water. The filters have cut the brown down by 1/2. If you've been thinking about it, just go for it. You're going to love it.

I had a plumber coming to the house for other issues, so had them install the shower head and cartridge. It really didn't take them that long to install the SparkPod shower head and filter. At first the water pressure was unacceptable, so I wrote to the company, and they responded within 24 hours. Btw - great customer service. The shower head apparently comes with 2 different sizes of removable restrictors, one for 1.8 gal/minute and one for 2.5 gallons/minute. Once I installed the correct gal/minute, the water pressure has been great! I also like that the shower head feels like a massager - there are 3 possible settings, so you can play around and find the setting that works for you. Additionally, my skin feels amazingly soft. I added extra cartridges to my order so that I have enough for a year. The literature says to change out the filter every three month or so. Best of all, the price is reasonable, it arrived quickly, and I feel as though I'm giving my skin and body a healthy shower, without the addition of chlorine and other possible chemicals. This is a superb product, with great customer service!

It's an acceptable quality shower head, really easy to install, come with teflon tape, does not reduce a lot water pressure, overall it's ok. My only problem is that I don't have any actual test to tell if this product actually works. I moved to another state for college, which has really hard water, and it really ruins my hair. I don't have a hair loss issue back when I am at home, but now I lose ton of hair every day. I noticed the difference when I went back home for spring break, and my hair loss problem was gone within 2 days. So I am pretty confident that it is related with the hard water here. I've been using this shower head for about 1 week now, and unfortunately, I do not see any reduction on my hair loss. at this point, I am questioning whether or not this product actually works. but as I said, I don't have anything to test it.
