It came on time and all pieces were in the box and well packaged; nothing chipped or broken. Extremely easy to install and after my FIRST shower I immediately noticed my hair feeling like it did before I put product in it and moved from MI to TX (very different water), so that would be when I was 18 y/o, I'm 59 now. After one wash my hair was not dried out after a blow dry. Hair is long, past my shoulders; was very manageable, no loss of humidity, shiny and soft. I couldn't be more thrilled! I owned a day spa once upon a time, so beauty was my world; skincare, nails, hair. And this little filter makes me feel like I have a spa in my bathroom. My ends did not dry out, despite the brittle graying hair (Bride of Frankenstein look), mixed with my brown hair. It laid gently on my shoulders and back and had lift I usually need mouse for. I'll remove a little filter to give me an even more powerful flow. I like that massage feeling on my shoulders, that's easy to do. The 3 different settings are good for other peoples options. I had a shower head (broke) with 5, I'm used to that but it didn't have the filter. The filter makes all the difference! Even my skin and nail feel softer, particularly the next morning. Happy with the purchase. Just got it install over week ago. Easy to switch 3 types of flow. I have hard water, and it can be harsh on skin and hair but using this Sparkpod filtered shower head you do feel the difference on your skin and hair. My skin is not as dry , no hard water residue. And hair feels lively and clean. Good product. It says to replace filter 2-3 months. So I will check on price for replacements. Hopefully not expensive. P.s. I really do like that it's quiet. SparkPod has earned my loyalty because every time I have purchased from them they make me feel like a winner. Their products are intelligently designed and sold at a price point that is very affordable for the value I appear to receive, and they provide an exceptional customer buying experience and customer support. SparkPod's products are packaged and presented similar to Apple products – very classy. They have great customer support and they come with everything you need in order to install the head. I love that I don't need to make a trip to the store to buy anything before I get to enjoy it. I bought this showerhead for my partner's place because her's was terrible, and she's on city water which is chlorinated and dries out my skin and hair. The filter in this head leaves my skin and hair feeling and looking so much nicer, and the flow rate and pressure were greatly increased from the Glacier Bay brand head she had in there before. I strongly dislike weak shower heads that create a drooping stream when angled, and I feel the same way about pressure increasing heads that just ramp up the velocity without any volume so it feels like pins and needles, but you hardly get wet, and it takes forever to wash the soap off. This head does not create either of those problems. This showerhead shoots straight where you point it, and it has great flow and pressure but it still feels gentle and soft, kind of like the champagne feeling of an aerated sink faucet – in fact, that is a good way to compare this shower head with SparkPod's rain shower head, which I have in my master bathroom. The water spray pattern on this head is much tighter than the rain head, and each of the streams is thinner. The difference is very much like a faucet with high aeration versus low or no aeration. The rain head "pours," while this head "flows." It feels soft and champagne-like, yet with the same great pressure and flow that I love about the rain head. I love both heads for different reasons and ended up ordering a second head of this type for my house, and another rain head for my partner's house. Now we both have both SparkPod heads in our houses since each house has two showers. We love them both. ... show more

I’m a first-time DIY-er in a rental complex and have been hearing a lot about filtered shower heads being a game changer for hair and skin problems. I figured, what the heck? I already filter my water for drinking. Why not for bathing? I just got my filtered shower head today (Dec 29, 2023), and it took all of roughly 10 minutes to figure out how to set it up myself (my dad’s gonna be so proud when I call to tell him). I’m excited to use it! I’m very fortunate to live in a place where the water pressure is already great, and it doesn’t look like adding this new shower head has made a difference to that, but maybe I’ll feel it when I’m actually in the shower. I bought this item along with a spare filter. The filter that the item can with would let out a brown liquid for like 3 secs Everytime I turned the shower on. So I would just let the shower run all that brown water, before jumping in. I followed the instructions completely. I had hot water run on both top/ bottom of the filter for 60 secs. I reached out the spark pod they told me to detach and clean shower head, attach it back on to see if the brown water stopped. But, it didn’t so I changed the filter and the new filter was letting out black liquid once I turned the shower on, but it stopped after the second time. Can anyone explain? I used lag H2O the six test kit stick for testing the water quality of my shower water, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. All 3 test results were identical. with in safe rage. I don’t have a filter on the sinks.. ... show more
