I've been using this for 3 months in my indoor hottub, and am just getting around to needing more, so for the price it was effective and Overall it is great if you follow the directions and test every day at first to make sure levels are all good. However, I learned the hard way that this product isn't for indoors or covered outdoor hottubs. It's a stabilized chlorine and that's for when in sunlight to keep chlorine levels from fluctuating. There is such a thing as overstabilizing your spa. This product did keep my hottub clear for a while with little effort, but over time with testing I realized that my cyanuric acid levels were raising which was giving me cloudy water and itchy skin. There's no real way to chemically treat that, I would have to let water out and replace with fresh water if it got too high. I don't want to do that much work, so after searching YouTube I found that pool shock (calcium hypochlorite) is the way to go for indoor hottubs and possibly covered hottubs outdoors. Since there's no chance of sunlight effecting my hottub, I don't have to worry about the stabilizer. Good, easy product just not for my needs. ... show more

Easiest way for me to purchase this type of product. The price is very comparable to purchasing from the store itself. I would have to drive 2 1/2-3 hour round trip so it saves on fuel and wear/tear on the vehicle.
