Seems to work fine only there is a couple of things to be aware of. 1. the fan never shuts off. Once it hits desired temp( good digital display and you can set it by temp ) the heat element shuts off but not the fan. 2. When heater 1st arrived I gave it 5 stars. I plugged it in, turned it on, it gave an impressive amount of heat.... I thought, wow what a great deal! Well, fast forward about 4 weeks, it is now getting a little chilly outside and the other night I decided to use it at my side table, next to my sofa while watching TV. I started smelling a weird smell, I ignored it several times but then it was getting worse, turns out the power cord was so hot that I could barely pull it out of the outlet! Needless to say, I don't want to burn my house down over a space heater. The return time was very short on this item has already passed, so I can not return it, even though it is a hazard and totally worthless! ... show more
