The media could not be loaded. Besides the manual (which doesnt really need it since it is very easy to figure out once open from the box), there was a little note to remind user not to use the product when the temperature is under 50 Fahrenheit. Works great with a small space and low noise when the machine is on. The best part is the different lights make the room more colorful. Im happy with the product overall.

This item works. We have humidity issue in our bedroom. This is our saving grace. It sucks out the moisture in the air! Now, we have no more problem with humidity. We just have to make sure to empty the container before it gets full.

I have MS and have very severe reactions to high humidity. Even with air conditioners, living in Wisconsin in the summer can be miserable. And the humidity in my apartment even with the air conditioner on was at 70% or so. I bought two of these. One for my bedroom, which has a standalone air conditioner, and then one for the living room where most of the humidity was. I ran both of these VERY SMALL dehumidifiers for FIVE DAYS - and only one of them actually filled up to the point that it needed to be emptied to continue. All the while the humidity in the rooms didn't really fluctuate much. I feel like people don't get that when they sell crap items to consumers, It's kind of a big deal sometimes. I was sick for a couple days even in my apartment. And it wasn't because I didn't prepare ahead of time - it was simply because some company is selling crap that doesn't work. At all. Honestly, I think the sellers of these items should be ashamed of themselves. I would go so far as to say that this is a complete scam. You're selling crap that doesn't even remotely work. And for people like me who have disabilities and depend on the items we buy to actually function, this is not only an inconvenience, but it actually affects our health. Even when I attempted to prepare ahead of time by buying what I thought were good dehumidifiers, I ended up actually being sick for a couple days because every time I moved in my apartment and my core temperature went up, I become sick. I become a fall risk, and all of my MS symptoms go haywire. It's called uthoff's syndrome. The worst part is, I shouldn't even have to pull the MS card - but maybe by doing so some of you idiots that think it's fine to sell crap like this might maybe consider that sometimes your greed and negligence affect the consumers you depend on to make the almighty buck. I am returning the items to UPS without the original boxes because I didn't keep them. The instructions tell you to return items in original packaging...I will definitely be editing this review depending on how easy or difficult the vendor makes this transaction - we'll see!

Maybe I shouldn’t share this, but my son attends OU and the dorm he is staying in has a real humidity problem, despite the air conditioner running. He depends on this dehumidifier so much! This is definitely a good choice. It takes up very little space and sits on the top of his nightstand. Empty the water tray every few days and it will work quietly and efficiently.

I was tired of my bedroom feeling humid and sticky. I live in very humid Virginia so I wanted a break from the muggy air in my room! I set it up without instructions (very easy and intuitive) and ran it for the first night. It has a fun colorful light that is easy to turn on and off. It is not too bright and I have been able to fall asleep with it on the couple of times I forgot to turn it off before falling asleep. The dehumidifier does give off a low hum as it runs. I sleep with sound machines/rain sounds on most nights, but now just use my humidifier for white noise. It is a low soft hum that I enjoy. Definitely not too loud for me. I have used it for 3 nights and I've already collected about 3 inches of water. Love this product so much
