This was a nice sized space heater. I used it for my desk area and didn’t have any complaints until today. It officially died on me. I guess it wasn’t too bad but had hopes it would work longer than 6 months. 5/17 - the company sent me an email and offered me a replacement product or an Amazon gift card. Being that this item was beyond the time frame to be returned I was surprised to see the company reach out to follow up on my experience. Because of this I am updating my review to 4 stars. Although the product itself wasn’t reliable, the company stood behind their product and dis what they could to make things right at no further expense to me.     • Nice heater, heats up fast
Heats up guickly and the oscillation feature works well. Con: after a few months of use the off button will stick and won't shut off, will have to tip it over to shut it off. Annoying and disappointing. But it will put out the heat guickly.

It is a great little heater, takes up very minimal space & gets even a large room super warm in record time! However it's not quiet (I don't recommend anywhere while sleeping unless you don't mind noise) & temperature isn't always accurate. Even with some issues, it will warm up the coldest room & on top of that this company is WONDERFUL! They do really care & want feedback on their products to make them better. Good heat powers up quickly , oscillation motor seems strong, once “buttons” (touch sensitive sensors under hard plastic) are active everything works well and Is intuitive, overall I would say “good product”, …but darned if I know what activates the buttons once the unit has been on and has put its display to sleep. I feel like an idiot plopping my fat fingers all over the place until it suddenly shows acknowledgment ... show more

    • Better than I expected it to be
I bought this heater for my baby’s room. I’ve had heaters before where you turn a dial to your desired heat level, and the heater cycles on until it reaches that level. Those kind are fine, but I wanted digital controls so I could set the precise temperature that I wanted. This heater is perfect for that. It heats quickly and evenly, and it’s very quiet and efficient. My only criticisms are that after plugging it in, the heat setting defaults to 90 degrees, and it beeps loudly every time the buttons are pressed to change the temperature by one degree. I have a standard dial controller small heater in my home office, and I’m thinking about upgrading it to one of these. The oscillation is also a great feature for evenly heating rooms. So I should have read better lol. It's a tiny little thing but man does it put out some heat. Great to heat one maybe two rooms. Best for small living. The touch buttons can be finicky half the time I have to unplug than plug back in to restart if I want to change the temp
