Would not recommend!

Heater worked for about a week. After that it started going crazy. It will osciltate on it's own it will also turn on and off. Touch panel no longer works. Really bad purchase. Maybe I just got a bad one.

If the film on display bothers you, it’s permanent

Could not remove the display film. Tried everything. They assembled it with the film end tacked in all the way around.

A fine, small heater with some good safety features and extra functionality

I didn't know what I was expecting from this small room heater. It's a fine heater that I think makes a little too much fan noise, but it seems to heat small rooms quite quickly. The inclusion of a remote is a nice. I think they chose to keep things safer than more effective though as on its highest setting, it's really not that hot, and is unlikely to become a hazard. It's also got a safety sensor in it so if it falls over, it turns itself off and sounds an alarm. When it's turned off, the fan continues to blow for 20 seconds and that's enough to cool the element enough that the grill on the front is barely warm to the touch. The last nice thing it does is oscillate by button or by remote. The build is not the best, mostly all plastic, but that keeps it light. There's a handle on the back to move it around easily. One disappointment is how short the cord is. They specifically say in the (very good) manual not to use extension cords, but the included cord is under 6 feet long. I live in Florida and I need a space heater about 4-8 days a year. I just hope that the durability of this will last over time since I rarely need it, but when I do, I really want it to work.

Your Biggest Space Heater Critic

LIsten, I am a huge space heater critic, I'm not even joking. I have gone through over 15-20 heaters in the last few years finding which one works best for my household. I live in FL so my AC unit gets run all year round, including the winter! We love having it really cold indoors, and if you can add more layers than you can take off, grab a blanket and a sweater because I will always be using space heaters. This particular heater is ceramic which I LOVE - it is hard to find a quality space heater that is ceramic, tall, with a remote, and at a decent price. Ceramic heaters heat up more quickly than normal heaters - I have a normal one in my bedroom and when I get home from work, it is freezing in my room (I have 4 fans in my room specifically so its about 50 degrees in there). I like to turn the heater on until I get a little warmed up, but my current one will take HOURS to heat up the room on high temp. I also have a small portable ceramic heater but I don't use it because... well, no remote. I will be honest, this was a little confusing to get the hang of, so just learn the buttons. I don't really need to utilize all of them and I still get confused. This has all the bells and whistles included. My favorite thing about it is that you can turn off the beeping!!!! You do not understand why this is important. My dog is 14 years old and only the last several years he has been terrified of certain noises (he hates silverware to clink against glass or porcelain dishes and he hates any type of beeping noises if they are recurring). When I was doing this video, I completely forgot about it and he typically will start urinating if he hears those two sounds, so I had to turn it off. This is an amazing feature! Also, I like the cool-down timer because ceramic gets extremely hot and it needs a cooler temp before shutting off fully. I have not left this on for a long period to determine if it is too much on my outlets (I live in an apartment that when utilizing my outlets, they will shut my breaker off with certain space heaters or the vacuum), because I get too hot too quickly so it does not stay on long enough for me to see if that is an issue. I am pretty satisfied so far with this little guy, especially for being 24inches (I am 5'4 and it comes up to my thigh/above my knee).
