Upon receiving it, the package felt small and light and I had a doubt whether it is any good. But after plugging it in and turned it on, it surprised at how quick it heated up and the covered the whole room. There are so many features including easy to control, quiet, and advanced safety protections. It also has a cool mode which I haven't needed to use it yet but for sure it will be usefully when summer comes. Great device for the winter.

This product is absolutely phenomenal! I bought it to heat my downstairs bonus room, which is typically 10° cooler than my mid level. I love this product, because you can set the timer and it runs continuously until it hits your desired temperature. It warmed up my basement perfectly and highly recommend this for smaller spaces.

It works really well but kind of confusing directions. It has both hot and cold features and runs quietly but never shuts off. It just switches from hot to cold and has eco mode. Takes a little bit of time to get used to but evens out the room temperature well and keeps temperature consistent

As long as the remote comes with this heater its great. Both Amazon and I contacted the manufactures web page. They dont have a replacement remote or a universal remote. There is no universal remote for this heater. It warms the area and I'm happy with the oscillating feature. Amazon sent a new heater I took that remote and sent back this heater and everything is wonderful.

I ordered this item last week and received it used. It was dirty and smelled funny. Also, there was no paperwork, no outer plastic covering and the remote control was missing. It appears it was returned and shipped it directly to me without any quality control measures. I returned it and asked for a replacement. Of note, I have one that I previously purchased and it works perfect.

Works good so far - not sure how long it will last. The remote broke and the heater makes a noise when turned on for the first 5 mins or so. It’s less than 2 months old. Temp keeping function is on but it goes between a 6-7 degree range of the desired range, up and down, so too cold/too hot back and forth within a 6 degree or so range of the desired temp. Not awful, also not overly pricey m. Unhappy about the remote though - and it doesn’t seem made to last.

I actually got this for my RV. Used it once before closing for season and I stayed warm without having to use the RV propane to heat. I brought it home to use in my office and it will put out some heat. I have mini splits in my house but if I close the office door I dont have heat in my office. This little heater is awesome. Wasn't sure when i got it because its not that big. I was pleasantly surprised and Im always cold in winter just sitting at computer working. Now I will have to get another one for the RV!
