This is a handy and powerful little portable heater. I had a bigger space heater that sat on the floor, but I didn't like how much space it took up and how it was in the way when I wasn't using it. This is compact, but still puts out a great amount of heat. It has the same bells and whistles as my bigger one had: timer, preset heating levels, adjustable heating levels, and a remote control. It has the tip over safety feature, although to be honest I haven't tried that yet. While I can sit this one on the floor, I'm going to use it this winter on my desk when needed. Like most fan heaters, it makes noise. But I anticipate using it to take the chill off on days where I just can't get warmed up while working, but I don't want the furnace running all day. It's a very decent price too. Like all such equipment, I don't plan on leaving it plugged in when not in use. That doesn't reflect on this particular heater; I know there are expensive ones that have the same risk (if it exists), so I just automatically keep them unplugged when not in use because I'm a little paranoid.

This heats up super quickly and pumps a ton of heat out. I'm not sure it's a good idea for an area where little ones can go, which is pretty typical for this type of space heater. It heats the area up in front of it really quickly. Be sure to follow instructions and keep it away from anything remotely flammable (also the same advice for any other space heater). I tried the tip over feature and it absolutely cut off right away. The remote works from pretty far away, I haven't had a problem with it. It won't remember the previous settings when you un-plug it. This is a really minor quibble, I have a smart plug that turns my other space heater on and off because it remembers the settings, but unless you have that one very specific need this is going to be great.

Power comes on.....no fan...heater turns off... assuming overheating...but doesn't put out much heat.....hopefully this is fluke....but does not work

Space heaters offer trade-offs in terms of size, weight and power. This AUBKN Small Portable Heater provides a nice balance of the three. In spite of its light weight and small form factor, the heater throws out a lot of heat, instantly and quickly warming a small office or bathroom. The remote control is a nice touch, allowing for easy adjustment of power output and temperature. Compared to the much-larger more expensive ceramic heater currently in use in our house, the AUBKN heater is a superior product. And, rather than using our gas fireplace to heat the entire family room, the AUBKN placed in front of the sofa provides heat and comfort more quickly and less expensively.

This is a good quality space heater. I am actually surprised how powerful it is. This will come in handy this winter for a couple of cold spots in our home. One being our master bath, which is where this little heater will probably spend most of its time. Nothing worse than getting out of the shower in cold bathroom! It has all the features of the more expensive, larger heaters like 3 levels of power, auto shut off timer and temperature control. I also appreciate the “tip over” safety feature. It’s lightweight, quiet and compact. I have no complaints!

This is a nice little heater! I like that it is compact, yet it can put out a lot of heat. It’s quite quiet, too. The remote works just fine. The features and temperature setting are quite visible on the front of the heater. I think the price for this nice heater is very reasonable.
