Small but mighty. This little thing will heat up a room in moments. I have other portable heaters that are larger in size with only half the power of this thing. One thing that threw me off the first time using was a count down for shut off. I wasn’t prepared for that but I quickly got used to it.

Does not blow the hot air. I had to sit within a foot of the heater to feel the heat. Update: the customer service is impressive. They reached out to me, and we fixed the situation. They get 5 stars for customer service.

It's not a bad heater for its price point, only because it does put off a good amount of heat for its size and for the room size that I'm using the heater in. However I agree with most of the comments that mentioned the lack of a thermostat and will add that the display gets hot to the touch. I get there's a remote to use, but my point is it seems like a flaw that could cost someone their home. I am seriously glad I got this with holiday discounts, next heater I need I will make sure to keep in mind that I need a thermostat for heat control.

This stopped rotating after one week. Then it shuts off after I try to press the rotate button. It turned on only when it was still. Now it won't turn on at all.... I will be returning this one.
