Good item for the cost
Works well but goes through the string that came with it quickly. I got better line as a simple solution. It would be good if this thing came with a collection can or bag, luckily I had an old style aluminum trash can that works nicely. It makes a hell of a mess though, so wear a mask and PPE. The leaf collection paddles work surprisingly well.

Doing the job so far!
Great product so far! We just purchased property with loads of trees and this is helping after the mass fall of leaves! Hopefully, it will hold up for a while. Was easy to assemble, and appreciate the accessories included.

Great Mulcher, But Be Prepared to Rig Your Own Collection System
Performance & Assembly: Effective and Easy to Use This leaf shredder does a good job of mulching leaves and smaller twigs. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Once you have the unit set up and an extension cord plugged in, running it is easy and efficient. The One Complaint: No Provision for Capturing the Mulch My only significant complaint relates to mulch collection. The product description states: "This leaf shredder works with any collection bag." While technically true, this gives the impression you can simply place a standard lawn and leaf bag under the hopper—which is not the case. Standard bags are far too tall for the clearance and cannot be secured easily; they simply fall over. There is no built-in system (like a band or clips) to hold a bag open and in place. Users have to create their own solution to effectively capture the mulch. Suggestion for SOYUS: Improve the Collection System If the company wants to distinguish itself in this market, I suggest two specific improvements: Provide a band or clips integrated into the design to securely hold a collection bag open under the hopper. For an additional revenue stream, provide custom-made, compostable lawn and leaf bags specifically fitted to the machine's dimensions.

Works great for mulch
I love this thing. Would use a Rubbermaid trashcan under it instead of a bag- but bag works fine. After 2 bags full, needed to change the line

Saves on leaf bags!
Our son-in-law gave us the heads up about this device, and it has come in very handy.

Adequate product
It does mulch the leaves pretty well. Keep in mind the mechanism for mulching is strong nylon line weed wacker material which wears down quickly. They do provide extra line as well as gloves and plastic grabbers for leaves. Overall, we are satisfied with this product and the price point.

Good product for grinding leaves
It worked as expected, but too much dirt flying around.
