This product is solid and beefy. The bamboo wood is real and not cheap particle board, the design and pre-assembly is solid, the hardware is solid, the wheels are solid. I am not used to buying a product on amazon and having it turn out this good. This thing, on an "amazon quality scale" is legit 7 out of 5. HOWEVER, they oddly included a package of silver rack rail screws which are the wrong thread pitch. To screw them in will bend the rack threads, and if you switch between proper thread rack screws and the included screws, you'll probably strip the rail threads. I didn't expect this thing to come with rack screws at all.. For me, this mistake knocks it down from a 7 out of 5 to maybe a 6 out of 5. I'm happy to spend $5 on a proper set of rack screws... The real downside here is for people who don't know these rack screws are wrong and might damage the rack-rail threads... Consider yourself warned! ... show more

Very high quality rack. Loved the wood finish. Many parts to assemble but the result is solid. (Only annoying thing is huge embossed logo) Interesting that the rack is two-sided, so I was able to put a component on the back. recommended.

I wish there was a darker color option for the bamboo so it would match my dark bamboo desk. I am very pleased with it and hope it last me a long time. I think it will especially if I don't need to remove anything to many times. The screws fit in the holes very well. I opted to use some plastic washers I had as to not rash the rack items so. They only included metal washers. ... show more

Put some of my rack gear in this and set it on and end table to get the inputs/outputs off of my desk and it has cleaned up my space nicely. I love how it's completely smooth on top so my audio interface and some guitar pedals live on top of it.
