This set of chairs is very nice and practical. It is applicable for indoors or gardens. The height of the backrest is also good for half sitting and half lying down. It is easy and quick to put together, and there are spare screws in case you are missing parts. The only small disadvantage is that there is a screw during the installation process. It couldn’t be tightened because the screw slot was a bit shallow. However, it was easily fixable because I replaced it with a shorter screw from my tool box and it was installed perfectly! This small error can be completely ignored. After installing it, I sat on it and felt It is very solid, safe and comfortable. The concave structure of the lower part of the chair is like a spring, and it feels like a rocking chair to me. This is the best feature of this chair. In short, I feel very good and satisfied for getting this product.

Chairs arrived today. As others have noted, the lame instructions indicate the incorrect size screw for the bottom connector. Also as noted, it is quite a challenge to connect the seat back, the seat, and the frame sections with one screw. For the second chair assembly I will try to leave more play in the other screws during assembly, to allow the frame to yield a little more when these three parts need to come together. Now that it’s together and I’ve poured myself a congratulatory beer, the chair is comfy with a nice gentle rocking motion, and is plenty wide for my big butt.

This product looks nice, but there were no screws to put them together nor are there any instructions. Waited to hear from the 3rd party company. But very disappointing to take everything out of the packaging, only to find that they can't be put together! After 3 weeks, I finally received the screws but still no instructions. There were 4 different size screws & very confusing as to where they show go. I had to hire someone to put it together for me. After getting 1 chair done, the other chair didn't fit. The pipe was bent in a way that they wouldn't slip in together. But the contractor was able to finally get it together using a pry bar. Wasn't easy at all. The chairs are comfortable, but I don't know if it was worth all the hassel.

These are very strong and sturdy with ample seating room and provides good back support. Overall very much impressed with the quality of these chairs and definitely worth the price. Firstly, I ordered Sophia and William High Back C-Patio Chairs. The boxes (2) I received said Phi Villa as well as the package insert. Why the difference? The instructions and screws (all were present) included an allen wrench and there is no way I could have put these together with that tool. Even with a power tool it took well over an hour as it is difficult to get the holes lined up right and the screws were difficult to thread. Once together, they appear sturdy and look nice except there is a wrinkle in the back. Additionally, there was a defect in one chair material where it looks as if the thread is loose. Not sure how, or if, I am going to address that.
