Plan on using this tarp to cover hay. The tarp is pretty heavy duty at 20 MIL thick. The construction is quality work with heavy duty reinforced hem. The plastic corner grommet cover doesn't really do anything as it is not actually secured to the tarp material itself. Have concerns about how long this will last - the folds in the tarp from packaging already seem to show a bit of degradation in the material. Also wish they would have made one side silver to reflect sun/heat. Time will tell on the life of the tarp, certainly will last longer than the cheap small thin green ones.

When our roof leaked during a major storm, we panicked thinking about all our valuables that would get rained on. We immediately looked for a durable tarp to use in the interim and settled on this Cartman one. The 6'x8' size was large enough to cover big areas in our room and we only needed a couple tarps to cover everything. The material is thick - you could use it as temporary housing thick! It's also really strong, it wont tear or rip anywhere even when punctured. It's also incredibly waterproof, as we found out firsthand. There are grommets and holes to tie it down at the corners and they are also sturdy. We like the clean white color of the tarp as well. We were very impressed with the quality of this tarp and will be getting more to have on hand.

It's rare that I get excited about a tarp. Actually I think this is the first time. This is tarp awesome sauce. It is very large 12 foot x 24 foot which covers my Ford F-150 Lariat almost completely. It also is big enough to make a tent like shelter for a larger gathering, especially if using multiples of this tarp. It is heavy duty. The thickness (20 mil) is the thickest material I've owned on a tarp. While it is very sturdy and rugged, it is a bit harder to work with but that is a trade-off that is well worth it to me. The thick material is also water proof, unlike some of the thinner tarps I've used from time to time over the years. I love this tarp and it is well worth the money. It would be very unlikely you'd not be happy with this tarp. I highly recommend it for your larger tarp/covering needs.

I got this to replace a 16 mil tarp that covers a 1988 Anniversary Edition RX-7. It was breaking down due to sun damage so I imagine this 10 mil tarp will not last quite as long but it covers the car and then some! One of the corner grommets was improperly attached and fell off. That was disappointing but I was able to salvage it sufficiently that I think that corner will hold up. Of course the reinforced corners are the most important part of such a tarp so that's a bit more frustrating than if a middle grommet was a problem. Apart from that the tarp seems reasonably well made. I was able to get it staked out and tied down as well as the tarp it replaced so all in all I'm reasonably pleased so far.

This is a well-made tarp and at 10 mil thick, seems like it could handle most tasks. The grommets are spaced 19" - 20" apart along all four sides. Two comments, neither of which I felt worth dinging: 1) the size is supposed to 10' by 20'. It came up slightly short at 9' 10" x 20". 2) the tarp has a long 2" seam across it where the material overlaps and appears to have been heat sealed (start of a new roll?). The seam looks solid and not a big deal in appearance (since it is a tarp and not a curtain or tablecloth).

We run an outdoor summer theater and use a lot of tarps to get our facility through the winter. We prefer white tarps (vs. the usual blue or brown) as they reflect more light and therefore, don't bake whatever is being covered. We liked the heavy duty 10 mil construction, vs. the 5 mil tarps you most commonly find at the home centers. The edge grommets aren't reinforced except by the edges of the tarp being folded over, the corners have extra reinforcing which should improve their longevity. We'll buy these again for sure

This is my second one of these tarps. The first one I purchased to keep in my pickup to cover loads from unexpected rain showers. However, our camper roof where we were staying started to leak and we needed the tarp. It has faithfully done its job for over a year in the hot southern sun and it looks just as new as the day I pulled it out of its packaging. So, I am now with a second tarp to carry again in my pickup.

I've been needing a new tarp for some projects and this one was pretty nice. I wouldn't say it's particularly heavy duty (~3 pounds spread across 8x10). It's very light and in winds can probably get blown around easily if it's not secured, but it isn't so thin that it lacks resistances to most things so you can use it for a lot of work. The material used is a type of glossy plastic that's decent. The size of it is very good and it will cover what I need it to. It's a solid tarp for the price and I can definitely recommend it in this range.
