    • Replacement Remotes Not Available
The treadmill itself worked fine, but we lost the remote during a move. The seller does not sell replacement remotes, and universal remotes for other treadmills do not work. Now we have to throw away a perfectly good walking pad that we have had for about half a year. Very frustrating. A waste of money as well as causing unnecessary trash. It feels bad to throw away a perfectly good treadmill just because the remote has been misplaced. Look elsewhere for a walking pad that either offers replacement remotes, uses a universal remote, or can turn on without a remote. ... show more

    • Was wonderful until it wasn't
Originally when I got this, I had no problems. Now, a little bit over a year, I am having problems. I keep getting the E04 code (suddenly over current protection) after about 30 minutes of walking, while previously, I could walk for over 60 minutes.

I LOVE this walking Pad! You completely forget that you are walking and then you look down and you have walked 3 miles in what feels like 10 minutes! Perfect for my office! Keeps me active and up and burning easy calories while I am working! Totally recommend to any who want to be more active while they are working! Is it easy to maneuver? eh... its a bit heavy and clunky when trying to slide it from behind something, I would suggest getting furniture felt and placing it on the parts that tend to drag across the floor when sliding in and out of hiding spots. Over all though? This is so easy to use, easy to understand, easy to get started and easy to keep going. This makes walking while working so seamless. no regrets! ... show more

    • Decent Product, Poor Support
Pad works fine, during a move we lost the remote, however, the company does not offer replacements, even for purchase. So now we have to buy a whole new pad (from another company, obviously).

This was the best waking pad for me and my girlfriend we both use it under our desks. The top speed is 6 so that’s perfect for what we want to accomplish.

    • Stops working
Had it for a bit and all of a sudden majority of the time, the remote won't work... I press the button over and over until hopefully one of the times it finally works. I'm not sure if the remote is the problem or the treadmill.
