Was very excited to receive this for my teen son for Christmas, since he loves to train on his heavy and speed bags. We went to assemble and this was immediately missing 2 of the suction cups that should have been included, then also missing 4 nuts, bolts and washers. Then we go to Lowes and the replacement parts are Not as standard and easy to find as one would think. REGARDLESS, for this much money for a Christmas present, it shouldn't be a scavenger hunt for the basic assembly. Pieces have failed, had to be replaced and while in theory this is amazing, the fight to build it, is an unnecessary nightmare. I would simply return it and Have contacted the seller, but my son wants so badly to train on this thing. ... show more

The suction cups don’t hold at all. It’s impossible to hit hard or it’ll fly away. You can barely hit it softly without it falling over. It would be great if it could stay up.

The length is adjustable by using the knob on the side to tighten it to the press the screw against the pole, but that doesn't prevent the pole from sliding down when you hit the pads. There should have been several holes going down the pole so that the knob screw can go through it, preventing the pole from sliding down. I had to buy a couple of clamps to fix this. The bar wasn't spinning very smoothly because the base was spinning against the metal pole, so I put a small rubber band around the small extruding pole before placing the bar back on top.
