Do not purchase this supplement from Vitamin Life. This supplement gradually gave me extreme heart palpitations every time I took it. Apparently, this is one of the side effects of Ginko unbeknownst to me. The last time I took it they lasted such a long time I had to go to the emergency room! I contacted Vitamin Life for a refund and told them I didn't have the bottle anymore because a doctor the hospital had specifically called in had taken it. I told them of the time (lost work days as they kept me for a few days just to be sure there was nothing seriously wrong) and money (my insurance didn't cover all of it) lost because of this supplement. However, Vitamin Life showed absolutely no concern or compassion in any of our correspondence. I just wanted to write this review to warn people of a possible side effect of Ginko as well as doing business with Vitamin Life. ... show more

Solgar is the best. It was recommended to me a decade ago by a sports physician, who was the doctor for numerous Olympic Athletes. Although Solar generally cost more than its competition, the bioavailability of its products generally unmatched by any other name brand available to the general public. I wholeheartedly recommend this Solgar product, because it provides the best results of any other, similar supplement, that I ever have tried. ... show more
