If I could give it 10 stars I would! I changed out the soles of my pickleball shoes with these! I had soreness daily after playing but after I changed out the soles this made a huge difference. It took no time to get used to . Love it!

I am a former professional athlete that uses shoes like professional tools and SOLE brand insoles are so much better than any other insoles there is no comparison. Do not get the cork models they wear out too fast. These all synthetic models last a very long time and still gives proper support for a very long time. Super Feet are trash compared to these!

This is the brand my OT uses, so I decided to try it. The insoles are comfortable, and I seem to be getting good support. Be aware that you have to heat them in the oven so that they'll mold to your feet.

I have worn orthotics for years, after years in hockey skates my feet hurt in every pair of shoes I’ve tried. This is my second time purchasing these insoles and they are FAR SUPERIOR to even custom orthotics. They fit my running shoes, gym shoes, golf shoes, etc with no trimming. Almost immediately my foot and ankle pain went away. My old pair wore out after about 12 months of heavy use, and I had forgotten how amazing these really are. Worth the premium price! Also worth noting I did not need to mold them even though I have super flat feed. The med bump feels like a foot massage to the point im getting some indoor shoes so i can wear them all day. If you’re concerned about the price, I have found them to be worth it in terms of comfort, stability, and longevity.

You can find cheaper inserts. But I've found that the Sole inserts are worth the money. They deliver the goods. I'm still using some that I bought at the turn of the century. My recommendation is to buy a size short and don't trim anything. That would give you the advantage of not ruining them if you wish to return quickly. And they just fit better if you let them slide a bit and find their own arch support, as buying a ten if you have an eleven shoe size. And I'd not put them in the oven; they mold to the feet by walking. Just my opinion. I've stomped on these inserts all over Europe.

I like these, but the metatarsal pad isn't really aggressive enough, versus like putting a PediFix felt metatarsal pad into your shoe is. The bump is barely there with these. I'll use them in my casual daily life, but if I'm actually going to be on my feet all day, I don't feel like these are the right thing--I guess I'll have to keep adding metatarsal pads to my insoles separately.

These insoles are the best! They offer incredible arch support and cushioning, making a huge difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day. These have truly helped reduce foot fatigue and even some back discomfort I used to get from unsupported arches. They’re a bit more expensive than some others out there, but they’re absolutely worth every penny. Not only do they feel better, but they also last significantly longer. This is my second pair, and I won’t go back to anything else.
