This is an update to my earlier 3star review. Bottom line: this set is beautiful and so comfortable. Our shipment came in 2, five days apart. But everything was nicely packed and my husband assembled it in about 2 1/2 hours. Directions were good and the hardware included some extras. I was at first disappointed in the gray color tending more toward greige - quite a bit of a beige cast. But I was able to use black & white pillows and rug to tie this set together with my outdoor charcoal/white dining set - see photos. The cushions and pillows are incredibly well made (I’m a good seamstress so I know). Hard to believe the quality for the price of the entire set, but especially the pillows and cushions. There are a couple small gaps where the wicker shows some of the hardware, but easily hidden. It was worth the long wait to get this set and I would buy it again! ... show more

I was a bit hesitant about buying it but than decided to do so because we really needed a new set and for the price, I said if it keeps for 2 seasons I’m happy. Not only I got this one but I also got the 5 piece one for our upstairs balcony. I am so glad I did that!! I absolutely love the color I chose it’s so pretty and the seat cushion are thick and comfy. I received one box for each set and they both arrived on time (some reviews claimed their set arrived in two different boxes and on different times). Here’s a tip, do not use the tools they provide you with, it will take forever, use your own or borrow from someone. It took about 2 hours to put this set together. I’m petite and of course it fits me great and my husband is very tall and he says it’s very comfortable as well. In other words for most people this will be ok, if you are on any extreme of height/weight you might want to look for something else. What you see in the pictures is this set with the extra foot rest from the 5 piece set we also got. The seat cushions has a zipper and you can wash them but the back cushions do not. ... show more

This is a great set for the money. Yes, it requires a bit of Patience to assemble but very doable. I am a 69 year old female and I did it myself. The first chair took 2 hours but that included thoroughly reading the directions and figuring out what tools work best. The tools they give you are pretty useless but if you have ever put together RTA furniture, you already know this. I suggest having a variety of tools at your disposal. The second chair only took 35 minutes. The loveseat and the ottomans go together in basically the same way so once you get the hang of it, it goes fast. The whole thing took me about 5 hours. If you have two people, it would be faster. I recommend having an elevated surface to work on. I used one of the cartons it came in as a work bench for the chairs. Much better than bending over. I love the set! It fits perfect on my porch. It came in three cartons. It feels sturdy and is very comfortable. Some others have complained about the size but we do not find it an issue. My husband is 245lbs and he finds it very comfortable. Very happy we purchased this set! ... show more

We purchased this set 2 years ago. We cover it with a heavy duty cover each Fall through early Summer. After one year, we noticed some pieces breaking. Now most of the furniture is brittle and breaks when touched. I reached out to supplier and they just sent me a copy of a 6 month warranty. Useless to me at this point. I’ll attach photos of the arms of the chairs. The photos show the broken pieces, but it will be much worse whenever it gets touched they just break into pieces. It has only been used 2 seasons and cost us $700. Definitely not a quality product. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase given that most sets in this similar style all seemed to have reviews saying the set was very small. We wanted a patio set that was comfortable but not overly large to take up the whole space. I must say, this works great! The double seat is perfect for 2 people and I don’t find it to be small. Leightweight and so cute with the matching pillows! We will Store this under cover when not in use but you could purchase the cover to keep from the elements destroying it. I ordered the outside patio with 2 chairs, love seat and coffee table. As you can see from the photo I took the instructions and hardware is for 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and a small table. Luckily for me I’ve always done maintenance work and I had to buy more hardware and metal for clips. The patio set is good for the price . Most people would have never figured out how to put this together, but I worked 10 years after retiring for a company assembling everything for the mostly coming from China.@ ... show more
