The chairs are very easy to put together and the cushions are comfortable to sit on. The color of the cushion was a little lighter than the picture but still think it looks great! I like that it is an aluminum frame and hope it will stand up to the outdoor weather conditions. Great customer service as well! 4.5 stars. This is a great item. I bought this for around $1,000 when comparing similar sets at other (big box & discount) retailers, often found for twice the price. On this set: the price, the style, the comfort, the quality is all fairly decent. Be patient, the shipping can be a little weird. If this set’s features and price are in your realm, then you should definitely buy this. Is it the best outdoor set on the market? No, but at this price point, the quality is very appropriate and very sufficient. It’s lightweight metal (aluminum (probably alloy) I believe), which makes it easy to move around and should perform well resisting rust. The cushions are fairly comfortable and acceptable for style. The fabric is not waterproof, so I plan to scotchgard them and buy patio cushion bags and bring them inside when not in-use. The instructions are “ok” and not terrible. They give you some extra pieces. There is a little design/execution flaw on one of the sofas (screwing it tight would cause the sofa to bow) To help: Basically, just don't screw the bolts all the way in until you have all the pieces and bolts at least partially in. Then go back and tighten everything. Downsides: the cushions could be a better material to resist water. the metal furniture pieces somehow attracts and hold water inside their hollow cavities (hollow metal pieces IS expected and normal). I think this may only be an issue with freezing temps after rain, which could cause a piece to bulge/bust. One of my pieces had damage, but I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for help soon. Overall, I don’t have any buyers remorse and I'm happy with the set. If I got a similar set anywhere else, it would be double the cost. Bonus: the metal won’t fall apart in the sun like wicker or rattan will. I’m looking forward to this lasting 5-10 years. ... show more

We had previously ordered a couple patio sets that were so cheaply made with missing parts and misaligned holes that I was skeptical about ordering this set, but it turned out fine. Everything went together easily and it appears to be a good quality set. It's a nice looking set, but I wish the seats were a little deeper. ... show more

Really easy to assemble, very comfortable and sturdier than described. I was worried because I had some large people at my house and I'm sure the weight limit was exceeded but the chairs and loveseat held up great and show no sign of stress. Thinking I will get another set

I don’t normally do reviews but I wanted to call out the fantastic customer service on this. My furniture arrived and when I put it together there was a manufacturing defect on one of the arms which rendered it unusable. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me a replacement. The replacement arrived by FEDEX before I even had a chance to ask for the tracking info. Stellar customer service! And the furniture is lovely and comfortable in my 3-season patio. I purchased this furniture set mainly because I needed it on white and most sets come in black or darker colors. It does look great given my space and the colors I used however, one cushion came damaged. Also as mentioned in other comments the coffee table does not have even edges. Overall I’m satisfied because it’s comfortable and seems to be strong. Time will tell but for the price it’s worth it. ... show more
