We saw mechanics battling rusted bolts with dangerous flames, so we engineered a safer, faster, without flame induction heater. By listening to your feedback, our factory added specialized coil sizes and rugged storage. At Solary, your expertise drives our innovation. The Solary induction tool utilizes electromagnetic induction to heat magnetizable metal bolts/nuts, causing them to expand for easy removal. This process does not produce open flames, enhancing safety in the workplace and minimizing damage to the surrounding work area. The machine fan does not have a switch and will not turn off？ The machine is designed to run continuously to ensure proper ventilation and cooling. If you need to turn it off, simply unplug the power cord. The machine cannot heat up / takes too long to heat up. The machine's heating principle operates through magnetic field heating. The metallic properties of the object being heated will affect the heating efficiency, as will the environment and the size of the object being heated. After use, it cannot be used again. The machine has an overheating protection system that activates, indicated by a yellow light, rendering it unusable temporarily. Do not unplug it; the fan will continue cooling it down. Will it heat the plastic, rubber, or nearby hoses? No. Energy concentrates inside the coil loop, interacting only with conductive metals (steel/iron). The cool exterior lets you work near sensitive parts without collateral damage. Is it safe to use the machine? The machine operates using magnetic field heating. Individuals with metal medical implants are prohibited from using it. Before using the device, please ensure you read the instruction manual and heed any precautions.

This thing works great! Little slow to get something cherry red, but extremely effective on old rusty fasteners. For reference, 45sec or so to achieve cherry red on a subframe bolt. I purchased this induction heater to take apart the steering linkage on my Nissan Titan that spent many years in the North Eastern US. All that salt and just a typical Nissan means that almost everything is rusted and seized. The coils that come with it are very easy to mould and shape so you can access tighter areas, and the grease and junk that drips on them comes off fairly easily. I'd definitely recommend this for the DIY car mechanic. ... show more

I thought this thing was going to be an expensive gimmick. Living in the rust belt this thing is an absolute godsend. 10 year old turbo manifold bolts rusted solid.... had no chance against this thing. I put this on there for like 20 seconds per bolt and 3 of the 4 came out easy peasy, the 4th one i did have to melt a crayon on after i heated it. Solary 1000W 110V Induction Heater is an absolute must-have for anyone who deals with rusted, seized, or thread-locked hardware. This tool is a true game-changer that has completely replaced my torch for almost all bolt removal jobs. The sheer speed and power of this unit are phenomenal. It focuses 1000W of flameless heat directly where you need it, and on larger nuts and bolts, it gets them glowing to a dull cherry red (≈1000F) in no time—often in under 30 seconds! This thermal expansion breaks the rust weld and makes removing stubborn fasteners feel like magic. It’s safer, faster, and prevents you from torching nearby plastic, rubber, or wiring. The included coils offer great versatility for standard-sized nuts. However, I did find that the smallest coil size provided in many kits is a 25mm open-end coil (though a 15 is sometimes available separately). For truly tiny bolts, screws, or very small studs, you might need a little more patience or have to use the flexible coil to wrap around the part to achieve the necessary tight fit and heat concentration. I was eyeing this and another unit up for a while but hadn't pulled the trigger. When someone I knew mentioned they got this unit on sale, I pounced. It was quickly put to use to loosen some really stubborn suspension nuts and bolts. It does take a minute to before you realize it's working quite well. And the parts will get HOT. I've gotten parts starting to glow red before I backed off and carefully wrangled it off with two wrenches. Pros: Heats up parts quickly. Includes enough wires to tackle most jobs. The wires are flexible and different lengths, so you can customize the angle, size, and configuration of what you are trying to heat up. You won't need to hold it for very long. It's a decent size--not tiny but not gargantuan. Lightweight and easy to assemble. Plus it comes with a nice case. Cons: Wish it had a way stay on without holding the button--it can be uncomfortable at length, or if it's something you need 2 hands for. ... show more

It works, just don't expect it to get your nut or bolt red hot. Heats pretty fast. Exhaust nuts wouldn't break free with an impact. After heating with this tool all broke free with a blip of the impact trigger. I don't think this tool would hold up too well in a shop environment but it's sturdy enough for the occasional use by a DIYer. ... show more

Probably one of the best investments in my automotive tool selection in a long time. I deal with serious rust on vehicles daily. When you can't use an open flame but need a torch for heat... this thing is your answer because this thing gets HOT! Super easy to use however It can be hard to get into tight places due to its size. Its powerfull, so I'd imagine smaller would be weaker. I do feel the replacement rods can be expensive if you end up needing to replace them. I've used this thing to remove O2 sensors, exhaust flange bolts, manifold bolts and so much more. The case it came in makes it easy to store. Overall It has been worth every penny and I would buy another one if it broke. ... show more

This clone is nothing like an authentic Bolt Buster. Frankly, having used an authentic one for years, the Solary in comparison is terrible. It just doesn't perform. It is advertised as the same wattage, but I cannot believe that it is. Did it get the nut warm? Yes, after standing and holding it in place so long my shoulders were on fire. More than 10 minutes and not hot enough to make a difference. I literally could heat a nut red hot in 30 seconds with a Bolt Buster! Red hot is what you need. I checked for my own error repositioning the coil ends in their clamps and the coil was a snug fit on the nut. Simply didn't have the power. Now I have to find time the return it. Disappointed! Do not make the mistake I did thinking these are all the same. ... show more
