Very happy with these lights. For years I had trouble with finding reliable post lights. Some weren't bright enough, some died before others from the same batch, while others didn't hold up to the elements in the northeast. These are very good light that are reasonably priced. They came packed well and were super easy to install on my wood deck posts. They all fired up the first night and are still going strong months later. As long as they get enough sun during the day they're good to go for that night. Cool feature is they can be switched between soft white light and bright daylight white. These solar lights are one of my better purchases. They are very beautiful and very bright. They give off light from all 4 sides. I use them on the warm setting and they are bright and look classy. All 12 worked perfectly out of the box. We will see how long they last but I would buy them again.

This set of lights comes with the capability to set for 4" or 6" post. They worked out perfect for my setting and looks great! The only misleading thing was that the picture on Amazon looks like the lights are bronze not black.

So I bought these not really knowing the size I needed. These are a bit larger than I need. However, the work beautifully! The first night! And since then they are lite up and look great. I will have to figure out how to make them ore permanent, but until then we are very happy with them.

I’ve been happy with these solar post cap lights. They were easy to install, and they add a nice little bit of light around a fence, deck, or garden area without having to run any wiring. The 8-pack is useful if you’re trying to do several posts at once. They look clean once installed, and the light is enough to add some nighttime visibility and make the area look better. I wouldn’t say they light up the yard like a floodlight, but that’s not really what these are for. The solar charging has worked fine so far, but like any solar light, the performance depends on how much sun they get during the day. If they are installed in a shaded area, they may not stay on as long at night. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars. They’re simple, easy to use, and a nice upgrade for deck posts, fence posts, walkways, or garden areas. ... show more
