I was expecting lights to be way bigger but I was surprised as small as they are the amount of light they putt out. I did want a little more light but for now this will work. The dim picture doesn't show as good but it puts out enough light so if it was pitch black dark and you don't have a flash light it puts out enough light so you can see where you are walking and don't step on a snake or something but not enough light to work on something.....the bright light puts out a lot of light both shine in an area of about 50 feet. I spread them apart about 100 feet and I can see good enough in between them but I plan on buying another set to put in between just to light things up more. At first I went with mode 1 where it stays dim all night but later switched to mode 2 where it stays dim until you walk by it then the bright light comes on for about 20 or 30 seconds. Great for pulling in at night with a tractor or something and it lights the area up for you. Until I get electricity ran back in all these areas....these lights will get the job done.

Bought some of these lights to put up on the fence on the side of the house where there's no lights. They were packaged safely in bubble wrap (2 lights per pouch). Lightweight and it looks like they came pre-charged out of the box. I noticed the rubber covers for the power buttons are not aligned upright but that's an easy fix if you just fidget with the rubber to get it in the correct orientation. Installation hardware comes with anchors and screws. The screws are what gave me trouble as they are VERY brittle and the first three actually broke clean off from the head as I was drilling them in before I gave up and just used my own screws that I have in the workshop. (this is the only area I docked off points and I would give a 4.5/5 if I was able to give half stars. It wasn't an issue for me but if someone doesn't have any screws lying around their house they would have to take a trip to their local hardware store which could be inconvenient) I will update review as needed to see how they handle the elements over time.

Bought these to put up around our pool house for some added safety at night, they work great and look good too. Definitely will be purchasing more to put around our privacy fence as they create a great ambient light. The motion detection works great and the light is bright enough to see were you are going. Love the fact these are solar powered too!

Oh, I love these motion detector lights. I have four of them outback on the side of the house where I have no exterior lighting and these were so simple to hang, peel, and stick and program. I push them three times so they are motion, detection, sensitive, and very bright. I also appreciate that I was able to stick these to both wood and stucco and so far they are staying. I realize a lot of people may drill the man however, being an older woman and not that crazy about using screwdrivers or power tools I really appreciate that I can just peel and stick . My only concern is if the battery dies. I don’t know how I can replace it as a peel and stick didn’t cover the screws on the back that access the battery. However, I’m not going to worry about that as these are a perfect solution. Considering buying another sad. Absolutely love these and highly recommend.

Easy to set up & program. The "On at Sunset" is useful, provides a nice accent. Could you make one with a 3500-4000K color? They have yet to go through a winter, but so far work very well. A human body is detected at ~12-15 ft. Good light dispersal.
