Arrived Today after a FedEx 2 day delay. Took about an hour or so to put it together. Road it around for testing. It's great for the money! Really great! When starting off with power do so slowly and get rolling along then you can increase speed. Otherwise it will jerk. This is an electric motor and responds instantly. I didn't buy this for speed though and it goes fast enough for me. I am 6'3 and can sit on it comfortably. Will upload a video later. The quality is good and communication with seller is great as well when I was telling them about Fed Ex at Hutchins TX just letting it sit at the depot. They have the worst reviews on google I have ever seen, And consistent. I contacted the seller last night to put a trace and suggested they not use Fed EX in this area. They replied, I also got the scooter the next morning. I recommend it. I see no reason to spend more if you just want to buzz around on trails in your neighbor hood. In fact any faster than this will go would be unsafe IMO. The instructions are clear and easy if you know how to follow instructions. I had the handle bars on backwards. Figured it out and turned them around so the key and LCD is on the right side. ... show more

Update: So was contacted back and sent a video once the issue was figured out. To change from KM to MPH you need to turn the key on and press the brake to take it out of park. Then you hold down the throttle and pump the break 6 times slowly. Either while riding it or having the back tire up off the ground. This also resets the trip-ometer. Also the scooter does not have cruise controll for safety reasons I was told. Hopefully this will save a little hassle for the next person. Buyer Beware: First off, this is an incredible durable scooter. (I bought 3) Reason for the 3 stars is because of the LCD screen and not being able to switch back and forth from KM to MPH and also cannot reset trip meter, cruise control and other features. The manual is great but again does not specify anywhere on how work the LCD screen. The attached picture is all you get in the manual showing the features but no where does it show how to work it. There is simply a trick to all of this. I was told to bring the tire off the ground and turn off and on the key and then pull back the throttle and while the tire is spinning to also pump the brake 10 times in order to change the features, lol. Yea, that didn't work and doesn't sound correct at all. Customer service cannot figure this out suprisingly enough. It's been 3 weeks along with multiple phone calls with no success. I even did facetime with (Hank) the main customer service guy with no success. I feel abandoned at the moment as I was promised a phone call back many days ago and this is the second time I was forgoten about. Maybe they think I will just forget about it or something, lol? One scooter is stuck on MPH while the other is stuck on KM. It would be nice to reset the trip meter to know how far I have traveled. Cannot call China as I don't speak chinese, so it's simply up to 1 person to fix this which again is Hank. So needless to say I have an LCD screen that is not useful at all as all as I am not familiar with KM. Cruise control would be awesome if I could get this to work as going a long distance will be a bit of a hassle as you will have to continuously be holding the throttle down. I've wasted a lot of time on this and so I am just warning the next person whom is looking to purchase this item to save them the trouble. Again, outside of this issue the scooter is well built and is a lot of fun and seems as though it will last for a long time before any repairs need to be made. Very cool scooters. Heavy but strong, my kids and I ride them great. Of course, it's hard for the scooter to go downhill, but overall it's great. The presence of 2 baskets helps out, especially the one that closes. I recommend 👍 We rode for 2 hours, the battery didn't run out even by one notch

La verdad estaba emocionada por aver comprado está scooter me costo ponerle la parte del manurio de ahí todo fue facil pero cuando abri la batería avia una pieza quebrada q es donde le pasa energia ala batería por la parte de fuera ósea la fuente de carga ok no le puse mucha atención xk en las instructions solo sale q tienes q conectar la batería no sale mas nada lo hice. la scooter tenía carga media solo la use 2 horas y la batería murio cuando intents ponerla a cargar ahí fue mi sorpresa no cargaba el cable q estaba roto es el q pasa carga por el connector por fuera bueno dije yo ni modo saque la batería para ponerla a cargar porque también tienes esa opción y me llevo la sorpresa q lleva 10 horas cargando y nunca se pone en verde y lei que solo son de 4 a 6 horas cargando la verdad estoy decepcionda por q Ami si me encanto el estilo el material y todo pero apenas un dia tengo de tenerla y estoy pasando por eso y pagando un buen dinero siento q no es justo estoy esperando respuesta del vendedor ya Que amazon lo único Que dice es Que ellos son vendedores de afuera y hay Que communicarse con ellos bueno me toca esperar ... show more
