The Assembly was a little difficult. The Headrest and leg moves together. Therefore, you should buy a better remote bed, if you want independent movement from the Headrest only.

Came in 2 boxes (one a bit heavy), instructions were easy to follow, easy to assemble (45 mins or so), and very sturdy bed frame. The motor is small so it does move slowly to move but works great. Mattress is very comfortable.
