BEWARE! The head and feet DO NOT move independently of each other. They ONLY move together. This to me was extremely misleading in the advertisement of the product. So once I finally got the 1st one assembled and realized this problem, I found out that I was going to need to pay for the return. That was literally going to cost almost as much as the frames themselves. I reached out to the company through Amazon but am unsure if I will get a response. I am beyond frustrated!!! Do not buy.

Difficult to assemble only reason it got 4 stars, no instruction videos and instructions not easy to understand. Husband was very frustrated. Head and feet move together so you cannot lift the head alone or feet alone. Study, great price, buy an 8in. or thicker mattress or you will feel like your sleeping on just a frame. We got a Sealy Comfort gel mattress. 8in it's comfortable but we could have gone bigger. Definitely worth it to Splurge on a good gel mattress you won't regret it.

I have a flexispot adjustable frame in my room and my elderly mom is coming for a visit so I thought I’d get an adjustable frame for the guest room. This frame was on sale by quite a bit so I got it. It was more difficult to put together and there was no videos to help, only the written instruction but most of all the frame doesn’t move I dependent the head and foot move together and the remote only has up and down option. I’ll replace this frame at a later date but it is sturdy just not what I had thought it was. Softa customer service was very helpful they think my frame was defective and they offered many options to solve the issue. They were very friendly and helpful.

There are no separate controls for the head and foot. You have to raise the head all the way before the foot rises. The foot doesn’t raise enough to make any difference at all.
