    • Snow Joe does not stand behind their product!
Used once for first 1" snowfall to clear sidewalks. Worked for that 10 minute job. Second snowfall, made a whining noise and auger did not turn. Battery was fully charged. Seller returned half of my purchase price upon returning the shovel. I am so disappointed. I would have liked a full return or replacement but after messaging seller I have not gotten a response. My son-in-law owns the same model and it has worked fantastic for 3 Wisconsin winters. I know this is a fantastic product but I must have been sent a faulty item. I don't recommend purchasing anything from Snow Joe due to lack of their customer service and not standing behind their product. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I will be leaving a Google review at the company's website as well. Update: After reading more reviews on their products it appears that Snow Joe sends out used and faulty items. When a return is made they charge an $80 restocking fee which is not disclosed. I am a disabled person on a fixed income and wanted a shovel that would be easier for me to handle. Instead I got one that worked for 10 minutes and was charged $80 to return. Snow Joe, do better! Care about your customers not just profit. ... show more

It took 1 hour and 1/2 to charge when you first get it.Easy to assemble.It moves the snow easy when it’s first coming, then when it sits and gets hard.

    • Light weight, good instructions
This power shovel is one of the lightest. Fairly easy to assemble, and powerful enough to clear a couple of inches of slushy wet snow off a sidewalk and concrete steps. Probably not very practical for a long driveway. Battery lasts long enough to clear a sidewalk and small deck.
