I was not expecting this to work for I have been having hot flashes at night for a year now. I figure it can't hurt, I tried it the first night and it totally changed my sleep no more hot flashes at night. It's kind of like a sheet but heavier and I swear it really does feel really cool to the touch, if your a hot sleeper or have those dreaded hot flashes this is it, but in the middle of the night I find myself waking up with a blanket on top of it because it really does stay that cool. ... show more
