These caps do help balance your glucose levels and they are a good value for the money. I find them hard to swallow and I have to drink a lot of juice to keep them from sticking. The smell is also unpleasant to me, so juice helps mask the smell. However, if those things are not issues for you, these caps really do work as advertised. ... show more

    • Lots of different ingredients that's suppose to help with blood sugar.
As I mentioned in my other reviews, I wanted cinnamon for diabetes health but I learned there are 2/3 types of the item (Burmannii or Burman is the poorer ingredient & Cassia is a Chinese version) versus what's known as Ceylon cinnamon. After learning this, I decided not to buy the cheaper version (Burman & Cassie it appears) because it has less potent ingredients and went with this brand for a much higher milligram and quality item. This product in particular has a large amount of other ingredients that are supposed to help with blood sugar, so that's a big plus. I wasn't pleased it used the cheaper Cassia cinnamon though, so hence the 3 stars. If over time I am surprised by it's performance, I will update my review. ... show more

I have taken 2 capsules/day for 2 weeks. The blood sugar blend helps reduce 50% of my dizziness in the morning.

I started taking this product 2 weeks ago. It has helped get my numbers down.. however it very tricky about when you take the pills as before you have eaten during or after. I find they work best before. I am reordering now because of the general quality of ingredients and results.

I didn’t use this for 3 months as the label suggested, but I took all of one bottle and I can’t tell any difference in blood sugar numbers. It’s probably effective but not encouraging enough to continue using it.
