One of the bolts (M6x55) is missing, so I can't set the rack up. Tried to find replacement at local Home Depot - they don't have necessary part. Tried reaching out to Snailfly customer support, the email bounces.

I'm blown away at the difference! I picked up some cheap roof rack bars that not only popped off the rails but never worked right. It wasn't until I installed these bars that I realized how noisy the old ones were. Bolting right to the holes in the roof make it way more solid than I could have imagined. I've owned roof racks from a few companies over the years and was initially a little skeptical about these. I should not have been. These racks are at least as well made as any I've owned and I think are better than some well known brands. They may be a bit heavier than some others, which I assume is one of the trade-offs for the lower price. But everything is solid from materials to fit and mounting.
