  • Fits 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS perfectly
Looks great and is very sturdy. Used it for two kayaks and roof box for about 1.5 years. No issues at all and leaves plenty of room for the sun roof to open.

  • Nice quality, Poor Instructions
Only reason why this not a 5 start rating is because the instructions are AWFUL. The video makes it look easy, but the clamp ends are not attached and getting the moving metal nut on the inside of the crossbar is a pain.

  • Great Value and Quality product.
The Item was priced Great and it is made well. The dealership for my 2025 TrailBlazer wanted $430 total for the Cross bars to be added onto the Standard (just for looks) Cross Bars. I purchased these for my ess than $139 and if took less than one hour to easily install. Great Value, Quality Product. The Auto Dealership wanted $430 to supply and install just these 2 Cross Bars. I saved over $290. WOW. ... show more

  • Solid Crossbars for Outdoor Adventures
I recently purchased these black crossbars for my car, and they’ve been a game-changer for my kayaking trips! They’re sturdy and fairly easy to install, making it super convenient to attach my kayak securely. The sleek black design complements my vehicle ('25 Trailblazer), and the bars provide excellent support while driving long distances. I’ve taken my kayak out several times since getting these, and they’ve made the whole process of loading and unloading so much easier. Highly recommend for any outdoor enthusiast! ... show more

  • STURDY
The tips in the customer reviews were quite helpful. Reading these made it an easy installation for me. I was pleasantly surprised just how heavy duty the material was. Just went through a carwash and it held up like a champ. The attendant told me that the rack would have to be a lot higher for it to be a concern. So happy to hear. I like my car clean, so I am going through my car wash pretty regularly. Very pleased. ... show more

  • Assembly Tricky but Find Instructions Below
There are two stages to this project. The first stage is attaching the end supports to the crossbars. The second stage is attaching the cross bar assemblies to the Trailblazer. The more difficult part of assembly is stage one, attaching the end supports to the cross bars. The included directions are basically useless for this stage one assembly. There are five different mechanical parts in stage one. They are the 2 cross bars, the 2 soft plastic cross bar pads located into the top of the crossbars, the 4 end supports that attach the crossbars to the Trailblazer roof rails, the 4 short 6mm button head cap screws that secure the crossbars to the end supports, and 4 1-1/4 inch oblong metal pieces that are threaded on one end to accept the 6mm cap screws. On the crossbars there is a slight difference between the forward facing side and the rearward facing side on both the front and rear crossbars. It is important to note that there is a placard on the front crossbar only using the word "front" meaning crossbar nearest the front of the Trailblazer, and the word "forward" meaning the leading edge of BOTH crossbars that must face forward. The rear, shorter crossbar has no placard. (This front and forward placard seems to be a source of confusion for some of the reviewers of this roof system.) "Front" means front crossbar as the front crossbar is longer than the rear crossbar. "Forward" on the lone placard means the forward and same leading and trailing edge orientation of BOTH crossbars. Please note that the end supports have different profiles to accommodate this leading and trailing edge crossbar configuration. So when properly placed, the end supports slide on with no effort at all. If slide on is difficult, check to make sure that the supports are oriented to the leading and trailing edges of the crossbars properly. Now that crossbar orientation is out of the way, the difficult part begins. The end supports must be inserted onto the ends of the crossbars held captive by the 6mm cap screw inserted into the threaded oblong piece. I found the best way to access the interior of the crossbar was to either slide the soft plastic crossbar top pad out of the way or remove some of the pad from its track in the crossbar. Accessing the crossbar from the exposed top, the oblong threaded piece can be inserted and held in place on the bottom of the crossbar by foam, two sided tape, or some other special tool. Then the 6mm cap screw is inserted through the end support from the bottom and threaded into the oblong piece. Once started, the foam or tool can now be removed and the soft crossbar plastic top can either be slid or pressed into place depending upon how it was moved for the process. At this point the 6mm cap screw, that is threaded into the oblong piece now located inside the crossbar, should not be tightened down until securing the crossbar supports onto the Trailblazer's roof rails done in the second stage of the project. In securing the crossbar assemblies to the roof rails in the second stage of this process, be sure to place both of them in the forward orientation in order to reduce road noise some reviewers have mentioned. All that is left to do is tighten the 8 cap screws with pads and washers mounted appropriately and final tighten the 4 cap screws that were previously threaded through the supports and into the oblong threaded pieces. ... show more
